The manger (gentlemen) I didn't get his name today. But wish I did. I pulled up to speaker. 4 cars ahead of me in line. Guy ask if he could help. I told ordered online was going through now for Jimmi. He told me we should have ordered before we got there. So I didn't say anything till I got to window. I asked him. If I ordered before I got there and didn't have time to wait cause the drive thru is usually out to road. Then what do I do? Cause you can't get a refund online. He said order inside. Like I told him if this drive thru full. I usually just stop at the next one. Then I asked him. What the difference if I order my coffee online in the drive thru with 4 cars in front of me. Or if I order it thru the intercom. He said rudely we ask that you order it early. So we have time to make it. But if I order early . 1. I get a water down coffee as I order frozen coffee ( like slush). 2. I think 4 cars ahead should give plenty of time to make my one coffee. 3. If I order online and don't stop. I just paid $5 for a coffee I'm not gonna stop to get. Cause I'll be late for work. With my husband right there. He said that pretty much that was our problem. I told him he was acting like a jerk. He sat and argued that no he wasn't. Finally my hubby spoke up and said ya you are. He the type that usually says nothing. No matter what anyone says. . Read moreI decided a more updated review was necessary I went into dunkin Sunday around 130pm to order my normal hot mocha coffee an get something different which was a hot coco but the person waiting on me chose to argue about what my order was rather than hey I didn't hear that right it sounded like you said two of these I feel more training should happen so employees don't feel the need to fight with a customer over what an wasn't ordered I am a regular customer I also tried calling their store 2 times an the mailbox is full so because of this I don't think I will go back........... Everytime I seem to go it takes longer I have sat in drive through longer than should be needed those who work don't work as team players everyone does their own thing some of the employees have a good attitude others could use some more training the prices are higher...

Had to ask about our drinks and they had no record of our drinks. My bagel was disgusting I can barley bite it without feeling like I’m chewing on a child’s toy food.
