My family has been coming to this place for years, mainly for the nostalgia. I’m not normally one to write negative reviews, but this last time was one of the worst experiences that I’ve ever had a restaurant.

When we arrived the place was half empty. We ordered and then proceeded to wait for almost an hour to receive our hamburgers. It’s an open kitchen, so during this time we were able to observe the cooks. They were leaning against the wall, cracking jokes with each other, and seemed, overall, to be completely unconcerned by the orders that we were waiting on. At one point there was 6 guys next to the grill. A couple other employees would meander on out of the back room, chat with the cooks, then mosey on back. It was unprofessional and a frankly unacceptable level of service.

It is important to note that these problems appeared to be exclusive to the male staff. All of the servers and female employee making the shakes were performing admirably the entire time that we were there. They are the sole reason that I gave it 2 stars. In particular, our waitress Paige did everything that she could to make it up to us, talking to the manager and doing her best to fix the situation. When the fries (that we specifically requested be cooked fresh) came out cold, she brought us new ones. The manager also made valiant efforts to make it up to us. But no matter how accommodating they were, it doesn’t change the fact that my family spent an hour waiting for a bunch of teenage boys to figure out what the term “work ethic” means.

tldr; Food was decent, shakes were great, management and servers were awesome, and the line cooks on shift between the hours of 3:00-4-15pm on 11–13-21 were...

Came in the drive in and ordered my food, ice cream and drinks for my family. They forgot to bring out a drink and we drove away thinking we had everything, however we noticed that they had forgotten our drink once we were home. I called them and let them know and they said that they were sorry and told us to come back down and grab it. Of course it was annoying BUT when I drove down to get it, they had issued a gift card for $5 just for the issue. The owner came out and said sorry for the mistake. Everyone makes mistakes so we weren't too upset but they went out of their way to make it right which is extremely good business. We didn't ask for anything free or make a big deal about it, they just did it to make the situation better.

On another note, the owner has also been very active in helping the community with fundraising. My son was diagnosed with a rare condition that has a predisposition for bone cancer, we were asking for donations to help raise awareness for RTS Foundation and the kids that are enrolled in the study for bone cancer. The owner immediately gave us a gift card for our raffle of $25 and was extremely nice when we asked (as it is super uncomfortable to ask for donations but when it is your kid, you do anything to help). Thank you Peach City for going above not only for your customers but also for you...

Story time…

Super good experience the first time I went there then very disappointing the second time, hence the 3 stars…

The first time I got a bacon burger, waffle fries, and an Oreo shake. Everything was super good, only bad thing was they forgot the tomatoes on my burger. But the atmosphere was fun and the shake was probably the best shake I’ve ever had. Super creamy ice cream and tons of big chunks of oreos!😋

Second time, we just did the drive in to get shakes since they were soooo good last time! This time I got the Cookie Monster shake but was still expecting a very similar experience. I was very disappointed as this shake was very icy and barely had any toppings. Idk if there’s supposed to be a difference between their shakes when ordering inside vs from the car (there shouldn’t be) but very disappointed that we wasted $10 on these shakes that we were so excited for.

UPDATE: bumped up to 4 stars when the owner reached out and offered to send me a gift card to compensate for my experience. Great customer service and he even put a little extra in the gift card to make it up to us. When we went back to use the gift card, we went inside the restaurant and the shakes were...

Food = phenomenal Price = $ out of $$$$$ Atmosphere = just as you would expect a drive-in to be. Peach City has drive-in stalls where a carhop will greet you at your vehicle. Additionally, they have outdoor, indoor seating, and counter seating. There is a bathroom for customer use. The establishment is recently remodeled. The over all cleanliness is fair. It does seem that they gave up on cleaning the table menus since COVID has let up (see photo of menu). If you are sitting outdoors, be aware that Peach City is right off Main St., so watch your little ones. I really wish I could give Peach City a FIVE STAR review. I have been coming here for 12 years and the result is always the same. The service is friendly, but it is slow. I’m not talking about the time is takes to cook our food, I’m talking about how long it takes to have tables cleared off so you can seat yourself. How long it takes to have a waitress come greet you and take your order.

I like to try independent junk food dealers so I found this on Maps, on the way home, and headed for it. They looked swamped but I had plenty of time. They have inside seating with booths and a stool counter, outside seating, and car hop service in the large parking lot. I went inside and saw no place to order, but it became apparent that inside is full service. You grab a menu which is handy and they take your order. Then you get the food, and pay when you're almost finished. I had a Malibu chicken sandwich, large fry, water. It did take a while, but the big sandwich was delicious. Fries could have been a bit hotter, but not worth a deduction. They did not charge for the fries. Maybe they are included? Total was $11. I paid with a card and added a tip. Check this spot out if you get a chance.

I have visited Peach City several times over the past couple of years and have found it to continuously offer good eats. The burgers are pretty consistently an 8 out of 10, and the fries fluctuate between a 6 and 8, depending on how well they are cooked. Service is friendly when found. Every time I have come, my party and I have been ignored for an average of 15 minutes before we are acknowledged. This occurs both when dining in and at the drive-in. After acknowledgment from staff, the service is friendly but very slow. The atmosphere is nice though but it could stand to get cleaned every now and again. Overall, Peach City offers good eats with poor service. So if you are in Brigham City in need of good eats and you have at least an hour for lunch, it is a good option.
