I had a check engine light come on in my car and had issues with it starting properly. Called later on Thursday afternoon to schedule a time and was expecting not being able to get in until later the next week, but they had me drop off my car that next Monday morning. I dropped it off and heard back from them within an hour of what was wrong with a price to fix it. Mike was professional and kind and told me he'd call me back once it was done. Fixed Automotive has left us very impressed. We had car problems that left us stuck in Brigham City. We had family recommend stopping in at Fixed Automative because of the high reviews. They were very friendly when we got there and ready to help out and squeeze us in. They gave us quick service and it turned out to be such a easy fix (i had previously had work done on my sway bar links at another mechanic, but the bolt just wasn’t tightened enough and that can be very dangerous especially at the freeway speeds we were about to drive at.) they got us a new bolt and fixed it so quick and free of charge. This is a really good place! Being a woman who knows little about cars, I’ve had problems with other mechanics in the past who have tried to take advantage and charge me hundreds of dollars for quick fixes. I’ve gone to fixed automotive a few times and they always try to give me the cheapest option, even things I could do on my own with no charge to them. They also are really good at getting you in quickly. When you make an appointment they usually see you right away, unlike other places that make you wait hours before they look at your car and tell you to come pick it up days later.
