Ricardo's Mexican Restaurant — Restaurant in Brigham City

I have visited Richardo's 3 times, the first time I was asked if I wanted guacamole on my burrito and charged me for a full side and for the guacamole and sour cream on the chimichanga ordered. We felt the service is subpar? Had to beg for water. The second time the same thing happened with the water. The server was more concerned with behind the counter then her customer's. The third time is why I will never come back. The waitress was asked for chalula. She brought out the restaurants house hot sauce which was awful and not what we asked for. She seemed bothered that we asked for water and charged us for the hot sauce. When asked why she brought it out instead of the chalula we clearly asked for she said that she consider the fact we said you know hot sauce as her way to up charge. She is clearly speaks and understands english. She is sneaky and needs to be watched out for. It's too bad because their salsa is really good. I will not support any company that hires people who rip off the customer intentionally. She is the main waitress...

Worst customer service we have ever experienced. When we arrived, the waiters clearly saw us come in but didn’t acknowledge us for about 20 minutes—no drinks, no menus. When they finally brought menus and took our drink order, the wait continued. We sat for over an hour and twenty minutes without receiving our food before we decided to leave.

We asked to pay our tab as we didn’t want to just leave without paying, we were told we’d just be charged for the drinks. After paying, another waiter tells the cashier person to charge us for the chips as salsa we had been given (the advertise free chips & salsa). What made the situation worse was that no one tried to make things right. There was no apology, no concern, not even from the owner/manager—who, instead of helping customers or his kitchen - was busy doing a food photo shoot by the cash register.

I have been coming here for years and I have never had a bad experience here. The customer service has been great and the attentiveness of the staff has been excellent. Talking with Sergio who is running the establishment has been very kind anytime I see him. Vivette has always been a great waitress every time she waits on me, and she knows my usual anytime I come in.

I appreciate that the establishment is clean welcoming for me each time I have visited. The food has always been very consistent and comes out nice and hot. Chips and salsa is always replenished which is a plus when offering amenities like this to keep customers satisfied while waiting on their main dish.
