Tried the chicken when they were Shreds (same owners as Chick-N-Dips just a new concept) and it was okay! These do look different though so I was excited to pop in to try them on a Friday night! We had already tried to get some chicken strips at another restaurant and had a poor experience so we decided it was time to try Chick-N-Dips! We checked their hours and on Google it says dine-in is open until 9:30pm most days and drive thru is open until 10pm most days. Their Instagram advertises that they’re open until 10pm EVERYDAY! Going in at 8:45pm felt totally reasonable as it was 45 mins until the dine in close and an hour and 15 until the drive thru closed. We were getting carry out so there shouldn't have been an issue. We got parked and the neon Open sign was on, people were walking out with carry out food. All looked promising. However I opened the manager or whoever was working said “We’re closed. We close at 9. Sorry.” Which for 1. It was 8:45 soooo… but I get that if hours were posted as 9. I wouldn’t have come that close to closing time anyway. It’s the posted hours on Google— which I know can be inaccurate so I even get that. I checked the website and they have NO hours on the website. I checked Instagram and found the advertised hours matched at least the drive thru hours stated on Google so I do not feel in the wrong to show up here an hour before posted closing. Post your hours correctly or stay open your posted hours. It’s really not that hard. Shreds did the stuff so I fear it’s the same game different name. I had hoped the new endeavor came with more successful...

Hey! We love this restaurant, the food is so delicious and creative and we love that it benefits a good cause.
But today, we had a pretty bad experience. We had ordered online 2 dogs and 2 fries. We show up to pick up our order and we were only given our 2 dogs. Showing them our receipt, we show that we had ordered fries as well. Okay - we wait, no big deal…
They hand us one order of fries. Before I can even make eye contact with them, they vanish from the drive through window. We had to call out to another worker through the window and ask where our last box of fries is at.
They return and immediately defend themselves by accusing us of lying, saying we had only ordered ONE fry. We pulled out the receipt AGAIN to show them the proof. They quickly disappear again and return shortly with half a box of fries that were clearly not worth 4 dollars.
So that’s it. That’s what made us upset.
EDIT: I previously forgot to mention we were the only customers at the time. There wasn’t any line or rush. The place was empty, and they still messed it up so much.
RE-EDIT: Thank you for the response. We’ll change our rating from a 2 to a 5. We appreciate...
Read moreI went there to try it because I saw it was a brand new place in my little town. I got the Big Dipper and the food was not it. My fries were cold and tasteless. The bread was only toasted on one side, the chicken was burnt in the outside and not fresh at all. Nothing there was fresh. The place was okay, there were a lot of flies and the floor was dirty. The customer service could have definitely been better. The guy that took my order literally didn’t care about anything. I work fast food so I know how it is. But since he saw us he had this attitude. He ran out of quarters and then gave me a bunch of nickels which is fine, except when he just said “there, I don’t really care” as he was handing me the change. There was only 2 of them on shift which is understandable for the wait time. But customer service could have been way better like I said before. I wouldn’t go back, the chicken wasn’t any special and it’s like a Temu version of canes. But worse. For that amount of money I would rather go to canes and get gas all for the...
