Dunkin' — Restaurant in Brighton Charter Township

To be completely honest I used to frequent this location quite often when it first opened, and then there became a point in time where their "espresso machine" was "broken" for like months on end. There were always kids working and I honestly don't think anything was broken, I think they didn't want to deal with using the espresso machine, having to clean it, etc., so it would always just be inoperable. This led me to just stop coming here for quite a while.

Fast forward to current times, and it seems like this location changed hands, switched owners, or something because there are no more children working, a whole slew of new grown adult workers and magically there hasn't been an issue with their espresso machine since. Now that this is the case I have resumed coming here, and absolutely spend more than I should on Iced Lattes....again.

To be completely honest I come here because it's still one of the places where my drink is under six bucks for what I am getting, and the service now is very quick, so when I stop it never takes more than like three minutes in the drive thru. Speaking of that, I've gotten to a point (in my old ripe age) where I really only bother with coffee places that have a drive thru, and this location and I think most other Dunkin' locations happen to tick that box.

The employees that are here now are friendly, professional, and efficient. They have also gone out of their way to prepare specific kinds of donuts that they were out of for my kids when they wanted one in the middle of the day. I've said this in other reviews, but if you win my kids over, there is a good chance you'll have won me over as well.

I'm not sure how much longer I will be frequenting this area, but for as long as I am, I will be stopping here for my afternoon...

It was Awful. I will never come back to this location. After having to pick Four other options instead of what I wanted....they forgot to put it in our bag. They had nothing I'm stock...bagels donuts and drinks we wanted we're out.. they were not accommodating what so ever. They didn't apologize...I waited 15 minutes. My bacon is extremely undercooked (as in picture) it's like rubber not even cooked and my four year old son almost ate it. They also had the lobby door locked so we couldn't get inside when we needed to bring in the wrong food...we would have had to wait another 15 minutes to get through drive through again..we decided to pass and left feeling very disappointed. We have been to so many other dunkin locations and love the staff and food. This one has got to go...making the chains look bad. Restaff and rehire and fire!! As I was waiting on the phone with cooperate my son tried knocking on door. They wouldn't let him in. After sitting in my car talking to cooperate twenty minutes..the girl comes out of dunkin and goes next door to Jersey Mike's and tells the girl inside about my son knocking on the door...laughing and pointing at him to the Jersey Mike girl. First of, Kendall the shift lead? What a rock star! I came in for a big order for my pet’s veterinarian team. I came in during rush hour and had a very large, last minute order. There were a lot of other orders happening while I was there. There was a newer trainee there who was trying her best, and as people were getting frustrated while she was learning, Kendall kept the ship afloat. That girl was amazing to watch lead the team. She was managing the drive thru, keeping her cooks inventory full, keeping her baristas on task and order, delightful to all customers even if they weren’t to her. I am floored by this young ladies capabilities and maturity. There is a reason she is shift lead and it showed! The whole team that morning (even the new girl!) did FABULOUS!!!
