Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Brighton Charter Township

Some of our son’s basketball team came to this jimmy johns today and as soon as we walked in the manager yelled at us all and said “ if you aren’t friends with the people that are standing next to you then you need to social distance please.” There were only 11 people in our group. Then another family of five came in from another basketball team and the manager yelled “there’s too many people in my store so you’ll have to wait outside”. Keep in mind it was single-digit temperatures today and the kids were sweating from a basketball game. If you’re truly concerned about people getting sick and dying from the fake “Fauci virus” then why would you send sweaty kids outside to stand in single-digit temperatures waiting for a sandwich? We’ve never been treated so rudely in any store before. Needless to say we would NEVER EVER go to this Jimmy Johns ever again. GOOD LUCK, you’ll need it. I like Jimmy Johns but I dont love it (nobodys fault, just an opinion) & I give the JJ smartphone app access to my data, I give this location access to my wallet & my time everyday. I do this because the unwich they offer (gluten intolerrant) & becasue the rewards they offer. Without the rewards, the only thing enticing me to come in is an unwich. This is not enough to entice me to come in everyday. Today was the third time within a week that the given cashier failed to ask if I was a rewards member before the transaction was finallized. I even asked if they were dong rewards, to remind them, before I put my card in!!!! No rewards promt!!! Based on the above info you can understand my frustration. This mistake needs to stop happening otherwise I'll return to being a non-frequent customer, if I still choose to be a customer. Sorry for the bad review but its frustrating when trying to find decently priced, gluten-free food vendors...

Got my sandwhich wrong twice. First it had cheese when I ordered no cheese, and was missing the hot peppers. Then they forgot the tomatoes somehow even though they were on the original. They then proceeded to try to have me hand over the sandwhich I already took a bite out of so they could put it back on their make line and add the tomatoes. I obviously refused as that is illegal and a huge servsafe violation. Not sure if anyone working there is qualified to be handling food. Will not be returning, which is unfortunate because they are so close to my job and I used to never have issues with this location. Disgusting practices and no attention to detail.
