I’m not going to lie, I really love Billy‘s. Eat here all the time. I was looking at people pictures of their food to try something new and saw the Hungryman Omlete. It looked delicious. And then I picked up my order and it looked deflated and depressing. My buddy looked at it and laughed. The omelet was tasty although looked sad. And the potatoes were cold and stale and small. It honestly looked like it was the last of the bunch (crumbs) from an hour before. I’m left still hungry and sad now. I’ll attach the photo that I saw that made me decide to get it vs what I actually got…

Had lunch here today, first time in Billie's Cafe. We were seated fast, definitely practicing social distancing and keeping all safe. Our server was very friendly and accommodating. I ordered a Rueben and fries and my husband a Pork Tenderloin sandwich and onion rings. The corned beef on my sandwich was a little over cooked, but still a pretty good sandwich. The Pork Tenderloin was huge and per my husband "the bomb", crispy, tender, just really good and so were the onion rings. Good job staff, we will be back!!!

I've been to Billie's before. This experience was a bit disappointing. I could tell the salad was a bag salad mix, and the mashed potatoes are instant potatoes from a box - not even real potatoes. The gravy tastes like it is the packets you buy from the store mixed with milk. My snap peas were so overcooked that they were mushy. I know they were looking for new cooks, but they need to be trained better. This is not some place I would run to again for a breakfast.

It is rare that I find myself in Brighton in the morning, but if I do, I make a point of planning on breakfast at Billie's on East Bridge Street. Billie's feels like a place for locals and most likely is because of its location. If you're in the area though, the meals are a reasonable value. I can imagine a wait here on weekends.

This morning I enjoyed the Southwest Eggs Benedict. The chorizo sausage gives this eggs Benedict a kick that makes other Benedicts boring. The Hollandaise was nothing to be excited about and Billie's should boycott fresh tomatoes until they can source some that have some semblance of redness and flavor. My wife enjoyed her fluffy pancakes and could only eat two of the full stack. My young son raved about his chocolate chip pancakes.

At 10 A.M. the dining area was icy cold. I was wearing an insulated body shirt with a flannel shirt over it. The people in the booth next to us commented on the cold and the waitress proceeded to tell them how to dress better. A hoodie should be enough for indoor dining. When I mentioned the cold, she explained that maybe it was because they are closed on Mondays and so the building was still warming up. I find that a lame explanation; it doesn't take four hours for a place to warm to a comfortable temperature. Of course, it's possible this was a one-time issue. (this comment is for the owner to read and for you to feel emboldened to say something if you find...

This place seemed to be a big hit with all the people who were standing around waiting on a lovely Saturday morning. We entered the small area where many people waited. I walked up to the podium to get our name in. A lady stood there getting menus together but didn't acknowledge me. Another lady came by to say a groups name. I waited for a few moments before one had even acknowledged me. Finally, I was able to add my name. She had trouble with writing my name down even after spelling it for her. It was mispronounced as well. We waited for about 20 minutes for a table which was fine. It was busy. We waited for a server for about ten minutes. Also, beforehand we had the chance to see the menu and decided what we wanted. So as soon as we came to our table we were ready to order. But we waited awhile for someone to come to us. One lady asked for our drink orders. Then a second lady came by moments later for our food order. I ordered eggs, pancakes and hashbrowns. My husband ordered the chorizo eggs benedict. After waiting around for another 20 to 30 minutes we finally got our food. The pancakes seemed rubbery and dry. The server didn't check on us while we were eating. Again, we waited around for our check. I mean the atmosphere was very good but the service more so the waiting around a lot and food was not as great. Granted we did have the chance to confront the cashier but we didn't. We were ready to go and needed to...

I am from out of state visiting some of my Family, I have a certified Service Dog, not a support Dog, I had breakfast at Billie's Restaurant in Brighton, Colorado on 10/25/2024. When we first walked in the owner gave me a tough time about my Service Dog, an Australian Shepherd, (SD), I told her, (the owner), I would be more than glad to show her my prescription for Him, she let us in without me showing it to her. Bear, my SD, laid down out of the way stay placed without Any Problems. As other customers witnessed Him they all complimented on what a well trained Dog. By the time we left even the owner I could tell realized He was a great SD. Billie's has good food, prices were really fair so we went back next day for late breakfast, we walked in, I could see owner was not happy, I could also see the table she sat us at the day before was empty, she looked at us, another couple walked in after us she sat them immediately, another couple walked in after them, she seated them immediately, a single man walked in and was seated immediately, I got up and left, food was not good enough to be rudely ignored. This has never happened to us before, I guess there is always that one person, if You have a SD it seems you are not welcomed at Billie's Restaurant in...
