My wife and I have come to this pizza Hut on a couple different occasions, the first time I would think that the waitress was fairly new and would deal with it. Now first off it took forever (20 min) to even get waited on. Then when we did get waited on , after sitting long enough to drink a whole soda I asked about our pizza, the response was oh I'm sorry I forgot to put the order in. Really. We left..The next outing to get a pizza was not any better...again took forever to get waited on, once waited on the pizza and drinks took 45 minutes or more to get. Don't ask for a refill on soda because you will die of thirst before that would happen and the pizza was burnt. Also I sat and watched this young girl waitress sweep the floor and for 5 minutes she swept a straw towards the dust pan not getting it to go in the pan over and over again...so you would think to bend down pick it up and go on with you business....Nope leave it on the floor and walk away...Genius. ..So tonight 11/14/2017 @4:45 pm my wife and I go back to try it again, We walk in and this worker said good evening, have a seat any where and the waitress will be right with you...There is only 2 people in the restaurant so this should be alright. We sit down and wait. The waitress is giving instructions to I'm assuming a new hire, for 15 minutes..Not botherin to come get our order...So another couple comes in gets there drinKS ordered and salt bar...Yep we are still sitting there waiting. So 20 minutes have gone by and the waitress comes over to the couple that came in after us and starts shooting the breeze with them about how she us getting ready to leave and the new guy will be happy to help them with whatever they needed...Now she walks by us and goes to the other couple in there that all ready had there food and was half way through it and starts taking with them....So long story short, We Left, and will never go back. Read moreIf I could give them a negative rating, I would. The deliver driver rang my doorbell at 6:45pm. I called immediately at 6:47pm and explained part of my order was missing. How unreasonable to think they might contact the driver to see if he had them with him but forgot to grab them when he grabbed my order. The female answering the phone said she would have to get me to the manager so we could work it out. The female comes back and asks if I want the rest of the order delivered or if I want a credit. I explained I was hoping she would call the driver but she wasted so much time he was probably back there by now. I told her to get me the manager because she was wasting my time. She puts me on hold and the manager finally shows up. I have to repeat the story again and she confirms the driver was now back then asked if I wanted my food delivered or if I wanted credit, they were super busy so…I told her to just eat the food because I was never ordering from there again. WHY WOULD I ORDER FOOD AND NOT WANT IT DELIVERED??? If I didn’t want the food why would I have ordered it? I understand being busy but when someone places an order that came out to $100, including the large tip, you’d think the restaurant would make sure everything was there AND the driver would double check when bringing the food up to the door. But hey I can just get a credit and pay for the tip and delivery fee some other time, right? I will NEVER order pizza from this establishment again. If you want your complete order, DO NOT order...

They committed credit card fraud by adding a $5 tip when I paid a cash tip. Now the total tip was $10. I would go somewhere else unless you want to have to keep an eye out for your credit card charges.
They committed fraud under Colorado's Deceptive Trade Practices: C.R.S. 6-1-105 (i) Advertises goods, services, or property with intent not to sell them as advertised; Offered a $7.99 pizza with an upgrade for a specialty for $3 more. There was no way to get this offer and they charged me over $26.
The regional "manager", Larry, defended both of the above practices whilst treating me like I was in the wrong. After sending my Notice Of Intent, I offered a settlement and he declined. I still haven't received a refund. I hope he ran his summary judgement by his legal team, or someone with some sense, first.
Larry banned me from "his" store instead of handling HIS fraudulent behavior.
The pizza was cold and had nearly zero cheese....unlike BlackjackPizza....always hot...always LOTS of cheese.
I love social media...it gives us a voice. I WOULD STAY AWAY.
