To begin with, let me just say that 5 star reviews of this place cannot be trusted.

This business offers free drinks or waffles for customers who post a 5 star review. Not only do they make said offer, but they advertise the offer. So please keep this in mind for every 5 Star review that you read.

While my drink was enjoyable, it was not great! Things that could have made it better. First of all, I love Taro drinks, however the color was off pudding. It was a very strange color of purple, which taro is generally purple, but a lovely shade, and white. Whatever the white was stuck to the cup and not super eye appealing. (You must remember we eat with our eyes and our mouth. Eye appeal matters!

The lychee was the highlight of the drink! Though the drink was iced, it wasn't cold which defeated the purpose of getting an iced drink.

The staff was friendly but unable to offer recommendations.

This isn't helpful for your first time customer. Your staff should be well versed in your drinks and prepared to assist me with ordering the perfect drink.

I have been a long time boba tea drinker( I am a Colorado transplant) but a first time "Happy Lemon" customer. Your blends are not like the tea houses I am a custom too... and though I was super excited to finally have a boba tea house in Brighton. The jury is out on whether or not The Happy Lemon will fill that void in my pallet.

I have four kids, so getting a boba drink is a special treat. My 10 year old begged me to stop at Happy Lemon this past Sunday. We cleaned the house the entire day and drove there the last hour they were open. I’m on an intermittent fasting diet to help get my health back to where it was “pre-kiddos”, so by the time we got there, I knew I wouldn’t be able to drink my drink.

To the young women that worked that night, Yesenia and Hayla, you guys really made my night. Recommending the fun flavor and being so thoughtful on separating my drink ingredients in little containers so I could enjoy my boba the next day was so nice. I don’t get to do nice things for myself often and the way you put thought into how I could still enjoy a little treat just made my whole night.

I’ve never had a negative experience at Happy Lemon, but the customer service I received was just so thoughtful.

They were tired and at the end of their shift, but they still gave 110% customer service. I hope wherever they go in life, they receive all of the kind things in return they put...

I went to Happy Lemon for the first time and was pleasantly surprised with the courteous staff, helpfulness in ordering and kindness in how long it took to make the waffle. It says 6 minutes, so I expected that, but they apologized for the 6 minutes!!! They certainly did not need to apologize. I think sometimes customers complain about the staff being rude, but maybe they are just returning the attitude they are getting. I have worked retail and some customers think they can treat you anyway they like and still get great service. Sometimes it is not worth it to promote someone for acting awful; a sale is not worth it. And that is the customers problem not the business. Happy Lemon was more than courteous and efficient.
