Buffalo Wild Wings — Restaurant in Brighton

Came here on the night of 4-5-2024 for a date night with my wife as our kid wasn't going to be with us. We showed up at about 7:30 pm and it was kind of busy for the time. Was told by the front attendees it would be 40 minutes and for a number and name witch was fine as it's date night and nothing going on so we decided to get a drink at the bar and when i recieved the text it said 45 to 60, it was not that busy ha. When we got there the poor bar tender behind the bar was getting put through the works, she was moving so fast and you could tell she didn't want to be there, they should do better to accommodate her because that's half the reason it was busy. The Manger asked us at the bar if we were waiting for a seat and told her yes and were seated right next to the bar in probably about 20 minutes witch was nice. The waitress I think her name was Lana was really nice and helpful. She took our order fast and even helped with questions I had about the app and I watched her try to help the bar tender numerous times that shouldn't have been alone on a Friday. Then is when the experience really soured, I watched a group of six come in and eat for a hour and leave before I was even asked if my food ever came out, I noticed the Manger was watching like a hawk the whole time because she even new this was ridiculous, it wasn't even that busy. I watched a group of another 6 ladies sit next to us after they already cleared out the table and cleaned it, it was almost 915 at this point. I was told by my waitress I was getting my food compted without me even saying anything, witch I was like YAY free food I haven't even received, then I really thought about it a d that's even worse, the Manger watched the whole time and new I didn't receive anything and didn't bother to check in on it once cause she was staring at my whole mood changing. This is the worst experience that I have had eating out in a very long time. We waited 30 minutes to be sat, which is fine it was busy. However, after we were sat it took the server, David, 15 minutes to even get to our table to greet us. Mind you, by the time we were sat it had died down significantly to the point of us being one of MAYBE 15 tables in the area that we were in that we saw at least two other servers serving in so David wasn’t even serving all of these tables alone. We ordered the bottomless apps and drinks. We got one of each of the five apps and asked for the chili in the queso to be on the side. When the drinks came one of us broke our straw and asked for a new one and did not get one until asking a second time when food was delivered, and then AGAIN asking a DIFFERENT person for a straw. After we ordered, it took 40 MINUTES to even get food set on the table, and we were missing one of the apps, nothing was said by David in the way of acknowledging that we were missing an app. When we did get our missing app it was basically thrown on the table in front of us with nothing said from David such as “here’s that last app” or anything. The chili that we had ordered on the side for the queso also showed up IN the queso. He checked on the table next to us MULTIPLE times, after we had gotten our food, before us AFTER that table had gotten there after us in the first place AND they were greeted AND served before us. He checked on us once after we had already gotten 3/4 of the way done with our food. The food came out cold as well, not even slightly warm, COLD. We were never asked if we wanted more food of ANY kind, and we were never offered refills on our drinks that we had finished before we had even finished our food. Very disappointed in the service that we received tonight and the only reason he even got the $0.11 cent tip that he did was because we didn’t have the $0.89 cents to round the bill off, mind you, he also charged us $0.55 cents to have the chili on the side which showed up not...

Got dinner here with my fiance, a friend and my brother. First it took our server Jayla (or something like that) 5 minutes to get to our table and ask about drinks. We ordered pretty quickly and after our food came out we saw our server once. We needed refills on our waters and even put them on the edge of the table hoping she'd see them and get us more... Never happened. It wasn't just that she was ignoring us per say she was just no where to be found. We couldn't even wave her down. Finally after being completely done with our food and drinks we continued to wait for about 20 minutes. We just wanted our checks at that point so we had to hunt down another server and ask her to go get ours. After another 10 minutes she came to the table got us refills but didn't take any of the empty trays in front of us that we had stacked neatly for her. She brought us the checks and then was gone for another 10 minutes so the server who we had talked to before so kindly ran our cards. To set the scene a little more: We came in and there were maybe 5 or 6 other tables in the dinning room, including a table of probably 12 but about halfway through our meal it was our table and two others and the large table. It was not busy enough to excuse this level of poor service. The sweet other server who helped us was helping the large table and bussed our trays when she went to find our server.
