I placed an order online for in store pick up and when I picked up my item I discovered they forfilled my order with the wrong product just before I left the store. So then when I called it to quest services attention it was a huge problem because the item I ordered for pick up was no longer in stock. Also the sale price was no longer valid. So the customer service rep tried to brush me off by saying I didn't have my receipt. Since it was an in store pick up I didn't receive a printed receipt I showed my ID to pick up my order. Then she proceeded to tell me go to another Target and pick up my item from there, which was impossible because the store slated for pick up was their store. It was a huge mess because someone obviously didn't bother to look at the box or item they picked to forfill my order and luckily I opened the box before leaving the store or it would have been even worse and more inconvenient for me! Nevertheless it took about 20mins for them to tell me go to another store and give me a store gift card in a reasonable amount for the new purchase of the right item at another store about 15 miles from me instead of my local store that was my original pick...
Read moreI was given a furniture set for our baby, when we went to open the crib and put it together they had sent us the wrong color “black” was supposed to be a light grey, even said grey on the box... I talked to an agent to get it sent back and they couldn’t even have someone come get the package to return it and send back the right color. Me being pregnant I had to some how find a way to get the big crib to send it back. It took them a month to receive it. I called yesterday and they refused to give me any information about the status on the crib because I wasn’t the person to purchase it... when the first time I talked to an agent it wasn’t a problem. I had the person that bought the crib give them a call and they said they would send out the right crib and this morning they received an email saying they’re now out of stock 🙄 first of all, the label was made to the USPS when it should have been the UPS. The customer service on the other end of the phone are complete jokes and are rude! I’m about to have my baby and I’m still left...
Read moreI went to this Target after flying into Denver for work 1.5 hrs north. At 1030pm I realized I had left my wallet in the shopping cart. I woke up at 530am to drive back, on my way I called as soon as they opened. The guy who answered the phone said no one had turned it in. When I got there I searched all of the shopping carts and no luck. I went and asked the customer service desk again. The store manager looked in the drawer and said it wasn’t there. I then asked if this is the only place it could be, she said yes and asked the guy if anything was put in the 229. He then said it would be in the book. He looked and said only thing that was turned in was my WALLET! She then opened the same drawer and pulled out 3 wallets one of which was mine. Not sure what they are doing at this Target but giving back wallets isn’t one of them. So who ever else has misplaced there wallets - the store...
