Worst experience of my life! Got yelled by the manager and after going there daily for two years I was told to go somewhere else because they made my drink wrong 3 times. I worked at Baskin Robbins as a teenager and know how to prepare their drinks. I have struggled with them recently as they have new people. When they do not use correct measurements the blasts taste too strong in coffee mix. This makes me nauseous! When they are stronger the color is usually darker than when correctly made the shade is lighter. As I mentioned I worked all through High School at Baskin-Robbins so I know what it should look/taste like. The manager told me to park which as we know they constantly have their parking spots blocked by the drive thru line. After the manager came and yelled at me I was shocked and confused after it was a continous mistake on their end. I was so upset I began to cry and left quickly. I was ultimately in a car collision getting out of their parking lot. I've worked the fast food industry and I appreciate the service. I'm not the type to demand or yell as I know people make mistakes. When my order is wrong I do ask to have it corrected and I patiently wait. This was so humiliating and as we can read from the reviews both the lady and the guy are rude to everyone all the time. How can the owners permit this? I can't imagine how they treat their employees if they treat customers like this. People in the service roles should be treated with respect but no one talks about the rude people servicing customers. Where are those...
Read moreI do my best to avoid this dunkin location because they almost never get things right. I’ve had food that was still cold in the middle to my coffee order not being right. I have never said anything because the mistakes, while they suck when you have your mind set on it being delicious, seem to be close enough. This morning was very upsetting. I had a free signature latte to use and was craving my cocomocha latte, iced, made with oat milk and 3 extra shots of espresso. That is exactly how i say it every time. The order didn’t show on the screen for me to be able to check and i was told to head to the window. I was handed a coffee that i knew was not what i ordered. For the first time i said something and handed it back. The guy tried to tell me it was right. I said no, i ordered a cocomocha latte, iced, made with oat milk and 3 extra shots of espresso. He said while pointing, “Yes, latte with oatmilk and 3 shots espresso” as he tried to hand it back. I said “Cocomocha latte” and he said yes as he shoved it back are me. I took it back as i said it normally has whip cream on top. I knew the order was wrong and instead of correcting it, i was made to take it. Now ive wasted my free latte and my morning is ruined. After that experience i will never go to that location again! I’ve added picture of todays order and a photo of what...
Read moreI get dunkin donuts coffee, in general, about 4 times a day (yes I know, I'm addicted, moving on). This specific location is the closest to my house, so naturally I have gone there frequently. Every day I get the same thing, large iced coffee with almond milk and extra sugar. I get almond milk because I can't have milk or I get severely sick. I cannot tell you how many times north side dunkin has gotten the order wrong. If I'm paying extra each time for almond milk, I should definitely be getting it. I've even gotten spoiled almond milk in my coffee a few times last year because "that's how it is when it ships". Okay, whatever. Everyone is human. I go in the drive thru today and my husband told the guys at the register FOUR TIMES almond milk had to be in one of the drinks. We get to the drive thru window and immediately I could tell there was regular cream in both of them. We gave one coffee back and said that it had to have almond milk because I get extremely sick with milk. You'd think I get it right. Nope. So my husband got 2 coffees and we drove across town to the new location because they have yet to screw up any of my orders. Unless you're getting plain, black coffee, don't go here.
Seriously, go to the south side of town for your coffee. One thousand...
