Salsa Verde Yorkville — Restaurant in Bristol Township

We've been going to Salsa Verde since around 2012. I saw a new sign at their old location on route 34 and thought that they closed. I was really depressed until I read that they were opening at a new location on route 47, just north of route 34. Well, today was their grand opening and I was able to go for lunch. Their new location, at the old Arby's, is an upgrade with more seating and more room. Plus they now have a drive-thru! I had a California burrito, and it was fantastic! They also have a cute little trailer setup in the parking lot where you can try freshly made, specialty churros. They will open Lola's Churros at Salsa Verde's old location soon. I ordered online September 12th and picked up the order inside. I brought the food home and found out it was the wrong order. I called the restaurant and they didn't answer, but they called me back a few minutes later. They were aware that they gave me the wrong order and offered to make the correct order. I asked if they could deliver it as I had already driven there once. They could not buy offered to give me the food I had ordered "fresh.". I asked how they would make it right for me, could they give me a gift card or anything for the inconvenience, but they indicated that they could do nothing to make it right. This was our first visit to Salsa Verde in Yorkville. The service was great, while a family was at the register ordering the manager came out and took our order so they could start it back in the kitchen and get our food out quicker. My meal was delicious and they did a great job accommodating my dairy allergy. It was also a nice touch being served on real plates with metal silverware instead of plastic plates.
