McDonald's — Restaurant in Bristol Township

If I could I would give this location and pretty much all the Franchise locations a "ZERO." You have managers that are very RUDE, DO NOT KNOW HOW TO TALK TO PEOPLE, Especially at the Haines Road Location. The DAY Manager is definitely the RUDEST one yet, she is very RUDE to the customers, the other employees. SHE SERIOUSLY NEEDS TO TAKE 101 Communication Classes or Find Another Position; SHE IS Definitely NOT manager material. The owners of these locations need to open up their eyes and ears particularly to the customers. Your customers speak loud and with their experience of BAD service or lack there of. No wonder you see a revolving door on job postings. NOW YOU KNOW WHY. I will NEVER step foot in any McDonald's location, you have children running the show; When you should have (Old School) Adults that show respect, common courtesy, great customer service, and a smile with a thank you. When you decide to change your platform on who runs the show then maybe and that's a maybe you would have customers who would want...

Newly renovated as of January 2019, this McD's now boasts a minimalist matte grey exterior (replete with tastefully designed LED lighting) and a cool mid-century modern interior right out of the 'Mad Men' TV show. This design refresh also added two of the company's new kiosk ordering stations, while simultaneously shrinking the usual customer queue counter in favor of a new 'Order Pick-up' space. All told, it's a refreshing change from the previous look: 1990s elementary school styling, with hard plastic surfaces & garish pastel colors combined in boring, monotonous ranks of shabby 'lowest bidder' tables. Now customers are presented with warm colors and soft lighting -- a comfortable, welcoming hangout and one that subtly suggests a more respectable, adult atmosphere. Heck, if they scattered around some mini-Moai heads plus a few palm fronds, you could easily mistake this place for a 1960s tiki bar...and I mean that in the most complimentary way...

As always I know what I'm going to get when I order from here, short changed and not on the dollar items . I used to go every Sunday for the family then started getting short changed on the more expensive items every time I stopped going for a long time. The other Friday my wife worked late and wanted something fast to eat so we tried them again they are close and convenient. I was surprised all 3 items where in the bag it looked like possibly a different crew was working to. Well my granddaughter said a couple days later lets stop and get some drinks they are only a buck ok I said. I ordered 2 Dr. peppers and 1 orange drink . I get up to the window she hands me two drinks and by , ARE YOU SERIOUS 3 ITEMS AND YOU CAN'T GET THAT RIGHT . This McDonald's gives other a bad name terrible service WOW I have plenty of other places in the area from BK to Toco's and none of them rip me of like MD's...
