Noodles and Company — Restaurant in Bristol Township

Very disappointing. I ordered the shrimp pad Thai and pot stickers for delivery, and none of it hit the mark.

The shrimp were flavorless and unpleasant. The pad Thai was somehow spicy without any depth or distinct tamarind flavor. I wasn’t expecting an authentic Thai experience, but I did expect an attempt to taste nice. The meal looked intensely bland, and aside from the spice factor, it tasted the way it looked. Also, they put the limes in the takeout container with the noodles, so they got really hot - it was very off putting. Even squeezing hot limes over the noodles wasn’t enough to perk up the meal, though.

Don’t even get me started on the potstickers. Maybe it’s their standard practice to only boil them, but without a pan fried sear, they’re also pretty lacking. The filling is just okay, the sauce accompanying is fine, but the squidgy dough of the potsticker is just… gross.

Overall, I haven’t regretted a meal as much as this one in a long time. Tried to treat myself and ended up wasting money. The 2 stars are because it arrived hot, and the kid’s Mac and cheese is decent (but I was told Kraft...

My son and I ordered a to-go order at the front counter on 10/29/2024. When we got to the car and checked our, they had forgotten his side of steak bites. I checked the receipt and it didn't seem like I was charged for it. I went back in and it was a different girl at the counter. I asked her to look at my receipt and make sure I wasn't charged for the steak bites. I was not, so I placed and paid for an order. However, here is where the really cool part comes in. The girl who took my original order came over to apologize. I said "That is fine you probably just didn't hear us order it" and she said "No I remember you saying it I just made a mistake and didn't put it in the computer". WOW!!! She didn't have to come and apologize to me at all. She didn't have to admit her mistake and she could have just said "ya, I didn't hear it" and all would have been fine. This is a VERY NEW, just opened location. It is very small inside, only about 3 or 4 small tables. It is meant more as an order on the app and pick up at the store location. They do have a drive up pick up window and also shelves that have orders that are ready for pick up as well in case the window has a long line. The employees were very nice, the food came out fast considering they were busy. The food was good (my favorite go-to is the Japanese Pan noodles with grilled shrimp. This time I also made it a meal and added a small side salad and drink). The only thing that was really lacking was that my husband and I had to clean a table for ourselves to be able to sit and eat. The cashier did come out and clean tables after those that were waiting for carry out left. Definitely will go back.... I want to try everything on the menu now that we have a location so...
