I decided to give Burger King another try, after being thoroughly disappointed with their skimpy croissant breakfast sandwich. I ordered their whopper and fry. My burger was at best lukewarm which did not even have the flame broiled taste. The fries were not fresh, and not much warmer than the burger. The ketchup dispenser appeared to be out, with only 5 cups sitting away from it to dispense the ketchup in. I went up to the counter to let them know about the dispenser. Apparently, they said they have had problems with it, and had packets of ketchup sitting on the counter. Wouldn't it make sense to put an out of order note on it, and set the packets next to the dispenser? Many of the tables had not been wiped off. It just appeared noone really cared. The only thing I did like was the background music playing 80's-90's soft rock. Will definitely not be returning to Burger King! Just not the same as it...
Read moreI usually have to go to Burger King to remind myself just how slow the service really is. But, for a change, it's really worth it. However, especially when you are a bit pressed for time, It feels as if everyone is moving in slow motion here. A good laugh among the employees while prepping food is obviously more important than urgency and making sure the food resembles the pictures on the menu.
A first this time - they managed to burn the chicken sandwich bun, probably because of lack of attention, which contributed to the overall sad overall look of the sandwich (see picture). Not a lot of QA here and no one really cared about a decent product. It's just disappointing, not reflective of the prices, but in line with the somewhat sloppy communication with customers.

Cars that got there after I had been standing at the counter waiting to order my food we're getting their orders at the window and I still had not been asked what my order was. I waited 10 minutes I said forget this I'm not going to give them my money I'm not going to be there Customer because obviously they're not giving me service their priority is the the drive-thru instead of the customer standing at the counter for 10 minutes. Went over to Wendy's order my food had it in my hand and was back in my vehicle in under 5 minutes. Plano Burger King never screws me around like that but I guess your phone doesn't want me as a customer and I would highly recommend staying away from them.
