Overall, it was good. Ordering seemed a bit chaotic... there's not really a good area for people to stand for take-out orders. Food took a bit longer than it does at our home Culver's a few hours south. The seating seemed weird compared to other Culver's I've been to that usually have many more booth options. Food was great though. Wish there was a way to order online and have them pull up your order for dine-in... the cashier was getting confused when I was reading off all my orders that I had pre-selected in the app to try to make it easier since we were a family of 4 (and ordered 3 different kids meals with many options). Our home Culver's also lets you order more things, like your free dish of ice cream from a QR code at the tables... I didn't see that here. We wanted our ice creams on the way out to eat in the car... we were given a white take-out number and kept standing in the way of everyone coming in... I wasn't sure where to go. We probably waited over 10 minutes. I saw what I thought was our ice creams get put on a dine-in tray... I gave my son our number and he chased the guy around the dining area. The guy ended up taking the ice creams back behind the counter again, adding lids and a carrier, then apologized and said it was marked for dine-in in the system for some reason. I saw on the register that she put to-go, so I'm not sure where the miscommunication came in. The drive-thru was lined up to the back entrance street... so I'm sure they were just swamped. Didn't want to take away...
Read moreI’d like to start off by saying I LOVE Culver’s and typically have a good experience every time I come. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same for this particular location. I went through the drive through.. literally first question that I asked was if they had an 8 piece tender? She says yes. I said okay I’ll take that and can I have it half buffalo and half regular? Of course. Im asked to pull up. Np. I end up waiting 15 min for my food. I get my food. There’s only a 4 piece in the bag. I say I ordered an 8 piece she looks at the receipt and says oh, well you were only charged for 4. I can go grab the other 4 but you’ll have to pay for it. Okay. I get that’s what I ordered and would have paid for. But this is where customer service should kick in. I ask to speak to a manager. Manager hears me and apologizes for the miscommunication and says I can get the other 4 for you and give you 25% off?? At this point I’ve been here way too long to argue about chicken tenders. I kindly decline. I’ll take what I PAID for and keep moving. You will not get another dime today. I was offered a coupon for my troubles. I am truly disappointed in the...
Read moreThe food is typically fine and I normally have a good experience, but I am only putting 3 stars down because of my last little event that happened. I go through the drive through, everything seemed fine. I get part way down the road and just go to adjust the bag in the passenger seat next to me and the bag falls apart and all my food comes spilling out onto the seat and floor of my car. Turns out the soup that I ordered had the lid just MASHED onto it and it wasn't even close to being sealed up. about half of it wasn't sealed (and couldn't be because the lid was destroyed). They sent soup all over the bottom of the bag, causing it to fall apart so easily, and made the soup go all over the passenger seat, while driving. Not a fun experience. I know people make mistakes, but not ensuring a cup of hot soup is closed before throwing it in the bottom of a bag filled with other food and knowing it's going to be put in someone's car.... seems a little irresponsible. I normally have no issues with the food itself, which is why I would give a good review to other Culver's locations. Just this one gets...
