After being with ATT for 10+ years I decided to shop around multiple providers and see different plans and payments. My first stop at TMobile an employee wrote out a proposal of costs and everything that was included in the Magenta package. After a few weeks I decided to stop back in and make the transfer over. Another employee helped me out and offered me the same proposal as my first visit. I went home and tried activating my included Netflix account and was notified that my plan did not include this. I went back to the store and spoke with a 'manager' who told me that both previous employees had told me the wrong information and he can't include Netflix for me because I didn't have enough lines, even though it was included on the original proposal. He told me "well we're way better than ATT anyways so don't worry about it". I told him I was upset that multiple people had lied to my face in order to get me to switch and I want what was promised to me. He once again said "well I can't control what other employees say, I would not have told you that. There's nothing I can do". I was beyond mad at this point, I can pay for my own Netflix account, but after having TMobile for less than 24 hours the blatant lies and ignorant personalities of your employees/managers is concerning. Read moreI went in to buy a new 15 iPhone pro. The associate named Gray or Grey, was a nightmare to work with! She gave me one quote of a 100 & something, then changed her mind to almost 400$. I paid because I needed a new phone desperately. I told her I did not want any extra accessories as I had already ordered a screen protector & case. She told me it was only 2.19 per accessory so it was basically “free” in her own words. I went home and turns out it’s 2.19 PER MONTH extra on my bill, which she DID NOT state. Super annoying & I called as soon I got home, she lied to me saying her store manager was not in when 10 minutes ago she was in store? So I just went to the store in person the very next day to get this situated with the store manager and to explain my situation. However the manager Stacie, I believe her name was, she’s the store manager & Andrea I think it was? Were beyond amazing. Super helpful and attentive, very knowledgeable and polite women! They took care of me and refunded the accessories. You guys have a great store manager, just that specific associate Grey, made my experience horrible. I hate dishonesty, not to mention she was talking to her other associates the whole Time and did not explain or walk me through anything! I’ve had t mobile for 10 years and went in because my son’s phone was not working.The sales lady said it is no longer compatible with t mobile (it worked fine for over a year) and then she told me we can all get new phones (four of us) and our bill would not change. I had a larger phone and she said mine would be the same size. She switched me over and my son and at the end I had to pay $160 and I was annoyed but paid it. My daughters came in and switched their phones. The bill came and it was almost double a month. $200 to $350 a month!!! I called and they had no idea why she said it wouldn’t change, she put me on a new plan and added two lines. Weeks later I began getting texts one by one saying each phone was denied for trade in value and the value was 0.00 for them. I’m locked in now and the kicker, they said they would have just sent a new signal to my son’s phone and that it is not true that the phone would just not be compatible.
