Menards — Local services in Bristol Township

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING THAT NEEDS AN ALLSTATE/SQUARE TRADE WARRANTY! We bought furniture from this Menards almost 2 years ago & paid extra for the warranties. When our recliner broke we filed a claim & after numerous phone calls, it took them 4 months to send someone out to fix it, even though I told them it was not something that is easily fixed. When the repair guy got here he said he couldn't fix it. No surprise there. We got approved for a replacement & after a few more phone calls they sent me 3 options to choose from (none of which were comparable to the chair we originally bought, & the replacement options were from Amazon & Walmart). We chose our replacement & they said it would be shipped in 2-10 business days. After 3 weeks, I called to ask for a delivery date estimate & they said they would email it to me. Instead I received an email saying our options were no longer available & they will be reimbursing us instead. Which, I'll be honest, at this point I just want to be done with this bs. I have literally had to call them every step of the way, it feels like they were hoping I would just forget about it or drop it. I have been dealing with this since July & it's still ongoing. Don't make the same mistake we did, if you need big home items go to a store like Macy's or Bloomingdale's where they don't use 3rd party...

Purchased a new front exterior door and did exactly as I was supposed to, sending in the 11% rebate coupon with the rebate receipt. I received the rebate in the mail a couple of days ago, but it was short by more than $100.00 of what I was supposed to receive. I attempted calling the store to get help from the manager, unfortunately that was a dead end. No, no, no. NO "PRICE MATCH" when so called managers Matt and Sam are on duty, because they will gladly show you the way out pretending they're making money selling you nothing ( that's their policy ) and force you to do business with their competitors. Guess what, not your lucky day to get the best deal on the market at this location and you just wasted your precious time ( luckily, not your MONEY. ) Poor Matt, he hasn't realised that his paycheck depends on customer satisfaction. As a matter of fact most of their employees are grumpy, lacking any knowledge and trying to avoid you at all cost. What's the point of having sales representatives wandering around, scratching their heads, not even knowing where the products are? I bet you don't have any idea what it feels like - you get tired, frustrated, then exhausted ( because you've been following them around the entire time) and then you wished you'd never stopped at this store.
