Stopped in one night for a To Go order. The place was packed, mostly older folks standing around drinking. When I walked in, it was so confusing as to where I was supposed to go get my food. I ended up in a corner with some very drunk people loving everything about themselves. They even tried given me several hugs too but they were not mean or rude. Finally talked to someone about my order and I paid and 20 minutes later I left with my order. When I got home, the food looked very much like frozen food that was microwaved. I paid $15 for my order. It was the chori pollo. It was not great. Over all it is very over rated and seems more like a bar then a restaurant. I give this place 3 Stars because of how unorganized and difficult it was to track someone down and pay for my order and that's being generous. That being said, I don't think i would ever bring my family for a sitdown dinner as it does not seem like a crowd for young children. This didh is called Chori Pollo (Chorizo Chicken)

8/2/21Nothing to say except excellent !!!! My husband is a coffee Narcissist and they made a brand new pot for him . He said the coffee was excellent ! It was Colombian coffee . The place is unassuming. I was hoping most of the reviews were true after the not-so good restaurant where we had Mexican food yesterday . We were there around 12pm or so . Inside is very basic but elegant . Only decor I saw was a hanging piñata . The music was just right and it was instrumental Hispanic music not reggaetón (I am Hispanic btw) . Our dishes were excellent. I had the carne asada my husband veggie taco -excellent . This place is a gem . We were greeted promptly . The place got busy quick . They have outside seating . Margarita was awesome . Good Tequila not the cheap one . I totally recommend this place 100% —- Remember most restaurants are short staffed. I have encountered this everywhere I have been.

Tried this restaurant during a busy summer day and we waiting 1.5 for our food. We were very understanding that the summer crowds puts a burden on the service. I decided to give it a second tried on a weekday night. I was excited that it wasn’t busy to get the true experience of this restaurant. Most of the staff was friendly, our server not so much. He didn’t smile and was short of words. The food was delicious and the restaurant was clean. The prices were fair. Although there was only a few other patrons, we waited a long time to get our bill. The staff dissapeared for about 20 minutes. I had to ask the bartender to check out our table when he came behind the bar. We wanted dessert but at this point we had been there too long and just wanted leave - we had a joke that we would be there for another hour if we ordered it. We didn’t see our server after he gave us our meals.

One of my absolute favorite spots to eat in Bristol has got to be Cielito Mexican Restaurant.

Seriously, every time I go, I make sure to order their taquitos—whether it’s steak, chicken, or pork, I honestly can’t pick a favorite because they’re all so good. Even though they’re technically an appetizer, the portion is always so generous that it easily feels like a whole meal to me. Plus, they always include this awesome bag of warm tortilla chips and fresh salsa with every order, which I love saving for a little snack later on. That little bonus always makes the whole experience feel extra special.

When I’m craving something more filling, I go straight for the steak and cheese burrito. It’s massive—so big that I usually share it with my boyfriend—and the side of gooey cheese sauce that comes with it is just perfect for dipping.

Honestly, Cielito never cuts corners on portions or flavor, and that’s why I keep coming back.

There are also other dishes I’ve loved over time, like the molcajete. It comes sizzling hot in this cool lava rock bowl packed with steak, chicken, shrimp, and chorizo—plus a little jalapeño heat that just hits the spot.

And the guacamole? They actually make it fresh right at your table, smashing up ripe avocados with lime, tomato, and just the right amount of spice.

I’ve had their fajitas too, both the chicken and shrimp versions, and wow—they come sizzling, tender, and just begging to be wrapped in warm tortillas with sides of rice and beans. One time I tried their enchiladas with mole sauce, and I was really surprised.

Their drinks are a total treat too. The blood orange margarita is super smooth and tangy. Definitely worth trying!

The whole vibe at Cielito is warm and inviting. Even when it’s busy, the staff are always friendly and make you feel welcome, which really makes a difference.

They’re open every day from 11 AM to 10 PM during the week, and stay open later on the weekends

The restaurant’s right on Main Street in Bristol, easy to find with plenty of parking.

Whether I’m eating in or grabbing takeout, I always leave feeling happy and satisfied. Honestly, it’s become my go-to spot for Mexican food around here—I...

Never got to try their food. The service was less than the one star given. I took my grandson for a motorcycle ride up through the white mountains. We had been wanting to stop at this restaurant since they opened last year. The day was perfect..hot, sunny..we parked and walked to the door/ patio entrance with anticipation of a nice lunch & grandfather/grandson time. The sign said to check in w server before entering patio seating..so we waited..and waited..and waited. Servers blindly bustled past us going in & out ..no one ever said a word to us, or smiled or acknowledged us in any way. After about 10 minutes, we walked inside the door...exactly the same lack of acknowledgment or basic courtesy..but indoors. After another 10 minutes of being ignored, we stepped back outside...waited a few more minutes & I finally stopped a waitress going past us who appeared a little put out about being interrupted. I asked what the process was to get a seat ..she then informed me she was expecting "a large party" and didnt think there would be any seats available for us. A simple, we are really busy or it will be a long wait or any other customer service would have been much better than blowing off a 9 year old kid with his grandfather. We went elsewhere to eat...will definitely never make another visit to this business & will share this experience with any of my friends & acquaintances who live or visit this area. I live a couple of towns away from Bristol, am a NH & Lakes Region native, I work in Massachusetts, so my friends/associates/acquaintances are both local & regional..I'm inclined to spoil my family with frequent dining out..I'd like to thank the staff for the early indication of being unwelcome at their establishment...saves s lot of time &...

Certainly a ray of "sunshine" here in Bristol. It's conveniently located with lots of parking either in the small lot or on the downtown Bristol streets. Not a lot of tables but a huge wrap-around bar left from the previous owners. While it was a cool evening for July the night I went the AC was off so inside it was a bit warm, although not stifling. We ordered take out which was a good idea since the place was full at 6:30 (which is normal for most restaurants at that time of evening so no worries there). The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

The portions were small but I have to admit satisfying - no need for doggy bag here.

My wife ordered the Carnitas Tacos with corn tortillas which she said was very good. (With a wheat and milk sensitivity she said she had no reaction at all. That's good because it means we can go back with no worries about allergies which I gotta tell ya - is a real problem with most restaurants.)

I ordered the Cochinita Pibil which is almost the same as the Carnitas Taco but with pickled red onion (quite tasty) and jalepeño slices. The pork was a tiny bit dry and they forgot my tortillas so - really only half a star off for that cause I was too lazy to go back across town. They added a good size bag of corn chips and a tease size - like 2 oz - of very tasty and fresh salsa which wasn't near enough for all the chips.

All in all - if all goes well - Bristol has a new...
