Burger King — Restaurant in Bristol

I placed an order at the drive thru with coupon. While at the window i asked if they could add a soft serve cone. This small change in my order resulted in the manager helping out 2x due to being over charged. Issue was fixed & i was able to leave after being @ window more then 5min. After getting home with the food i sat down to eat only to find my chicken sandwich was over cooked in dirty oil & inedible. I complained on the survey but couldn't return until around 7p. I tried talking with the cashier that stood looking @ me like i had 3 heads & didn't say anything to me. I opened the sandwich up to show her & she walked away & up to two other employees saying "she bought the sandwich at noon but couldn't get back until NOW" she then proceeded to repeat the same thing to another co-worker, then finally to the manager. Then while I'm speaking with the manager proceeded to repeat yet again to more co-workers with sarcasm in her voice. The manager had a new crispy chicken sandwich made. I also had to get something for my son to eat & then I left feeling degraded. As i got into my friends car my son asked me what i did wrong bc he watched the cashier give me a look & walk away to talk to other workers. I got home & TRIED to FINALLY eat my only meal for the day but not only was the grease trap obviously still not cleaned out they also made a spicy chicken that i can't eat. Neither was crispy, both were soggy. I can't ever go back there bc i don't trust the workers to make my food without some...

Glad I didn't CHOKE TO DEATH!!!! Check your food for trash . Took 3 bites of my american chicken sandwich and as i went to swallow, something jabbed the back of my throat and startled me which made me inhale and that's when the piece of clear plastic(drug baggy or bun bag)blocked airway for split second which made me cough it out . It all happened within seconds . That's the amount of time it would take to double check food quality . Also the customer service at this location sucks ! I said thank you and guy with dreads gives me a smug look and walks away without saying a word back .. like what!? Im the one who had to wait 5 minutes for my warm food to come out. After working close to 15 hrs and choosing this burger king for my first meal of the day (9:02PM) getting home and almost dying from a CHICKEN SANDWICH!!I will not return to this burger king or any other burgerking especially if I see the employees hanging almost looking like loitering in the parking lot ... NO THANK YOU !! prices are higher , food quality has gone way down and crappy employee's wanna get paid more for doing less . Work ethic is work ethic .. if you don't have it stay home . I will add photos of this poor excuse of a sandwich . Also if I wanted a small onion ring and fry I would've ordered one .....

Sooo as me and my girlfriend pull up to the drive threw just enjoying a drive today she says to the worker hi do you have cheesy tots the woman says yes we do .can I have two orders of cheesy tots and a chicken sandwich with cheese and a Oreo shake .she says yes is tht it ?we say yes .ok proceed to the window we get there pay them ok can you drive to the front in wait were sorry .it's a short lil lady in there.so were parked in the front looking this lil lady doing the drive thru window ,the front register ,and putting food in the bags in then we see two more cars come behind us .they get there food we sit there for like 20 mins I say OMG let me go in and see what's going on .I ask the manager excuse we order a while ago where is our food she says what u order I tell her she screams at the lil lady OMG you didn't give them there food .you didn't drop all the cheesy tots .first off if you would of been helping her instead of moving like a turtle and if u didn't have the guy that's cooking the food with his pants down to his ankles and holding the bread with no gloves on and spreading mayo and Lett on the sandwiches maybe my order would of been out .this place needs to be closed down for two weeks and new management bought in to train...
