Dunkin' — Restaurant in Bristol

I pulled up at 1:22am on April 12/24 waited in line patiently. I pull up to the speaker and remind you it’s pouring rain out. So now I have my window unrolled waiting to hear from the employee, welcome to Dunkin I’ll be with you in a moment. Nope!! Not even a Hi dead silence!! Waited for 6 mins nothing. I even asked are you open!? No response so I proceed to the window, a Black dude is waving his hand at me. I’m like okey maybe he will open the window and take my order since he didn’t say anything that whole time. All I wanted was a large coffee since I work the over shift. No instead he’s waving his hands at me to tell me he’s not taking orders at the window. Rudely at that!! Instead of being nice and saying I’m sorry about that what can I get for you. Very unprofessional in my opinion. If he doesn’t like his job, or is “stressed “ with no one in the drive through besides one car that was in front of me that was also waiting for mins on end. Then he shouldn’t be working. At least say something through the head phones and tell the person who’s clearly waiting I will be with you in a min, instead of acting like your closed and not sayin nothing at all. Of course ima pull up to the window to see if their even open , or if the employee is even okey. So Rude!! I know he can take orders at the window on top of that so for him to be rude like that and try n tell me to go! Really pissed me off. I will be going back to see if this employee communicates next time. If not I will be...

This Dunkin charges the homeless community 40 cents for ice water and claims it's 'the cost of the cup'. I have literally never been to a Dunkin where literal tap water isn't FREE. This should be illegal.

On the less negative side, adding on to the reviewer before me; the employees seem to have stopped kicking out paying customers for loitering. (There was one employee in particular, possibly a shift lead? But he's gotten much better with people over the last month or so.)

And the women's toilet no longer leaks (but it's still in worse condition than the men's room - I'm non-binary, I go in whichever is open at the time) and also has dark pink-tinted lighting that is hard to see in while the men's room has normal white light?? Who made this decision?? It's awful. Also most of the time they don't refill the toilet paper dispenser, they literally stick a roll on the inside of the handicapped railing!...

This dunkin donuts is awful ill list all the reasons so you know why. FIrst it's the only one in this area so if you want D D your stuck 2nd the drive thru is always busy and never gets your order correct 3rd if you go inside there's 1 person on the counter with 12 people inside and the counter girl walks like a turtle and loves to drop useless knowledge and comments. This particular Saturday I get out of my car go inside an employee is smoking a cigarette at the front door blowing smoke in customers faces some children she didn't care just kept doing it that same lady came back inside while still in line I watch her go back to work really does she knows ots covid. DOES dunkin donuts know its covid I thought this was quite disgusting first impression is everything I would rather from now on drive into another town to dunkin rather than the one in my own town this is a terrible...
