Dunkin' — Restaurant in Bristol

I went here and ordered coffee, then asked for a water for my dog. I told them I wanted tap, not bottled. They refused to give it to me and tried to charge me for a bottled water anyways. This is illegal for businesses operating with a restaurant license. I told the manager this, but apparently it's worth losing his human decency for whatever too low wage Dunkin is paying him and straight up refused to give me a tap water. I left with no water and went elsewhere for beverages because it wasn't worth harassing an hourly worker but Dunkin might want to rescind this policy before...

Doors were locked (both entryway doors) without indication, only the drive thru was open. Mentioned this to the drive thru attendant and he was surprised. Ordered at the drive thru which was a mistake. I knew the order was made too quickly. No hash browns added, but the ketchup included that I requested. Tried to call the number posted to Google Maps and it requests a ‘remote code’

Every time I stop at this location after 330pm the expresso machine is always off!!! They don't close until 5pm??!! Employees should not be cleaning the machine until ten min before closing. This is ridiculous and it is reasons like this many people go to the newer location just down the street. I'll be laughing when this location closes like so many others for turning...
