Latin Cravings — Restaurant in Bristol

Terrible experience. I came to Bristol and stopped at Latin Cravings because it was my favorite place to go back in the day. The last time I went was terrible. I ordered 4 empanadas and I waited an excessively long time. I literally counted 5 people who placed orders after me and all of them got their food before me. They definitely forgot about making my food and tried to make the excuse that it was being made fresh. That was a lie and that made the entire experience worse. I only got 1 container of food, it was not that big of an order. The customers who came in after me walked out with 3+ boxes of food even after placing the order after my order. It was very unprofessional. I then tried the food to see if it was worth the wait. It was not as hot as the worker said it was which has me thinking it was not made as fresh as they say. Small little place in the town of Bristol the food was great in the service was excellent. I took my food to the nail salon so that I can relax and enjoy my day and when I walked in and sat down to get my feet pedicure the ladies next to me knew exactly where I'd been as soon as I had opened my dish the smell filled the room. As a matter of fact the women that were there said as soon as they were done getting their manicures and pedicures they were going to head over there to get something to eat. The gentleman behind the counter asked me if I had ever been to this restaurant in the past and I had said no so he wanted me to try another dish something other than what I had ordered what a great way to upsell your customer. It is my girlfriend's 50th birthday tomorrow and I plan on stopping over there to get her a plate of food so that when she comes home from work she is in a great space. I ABSOLUTELY LOVED THIS PLACE... always voted for it during the cash Mob and turned many people onto this little corner gem... needless to say ...WE WONT BE BACK! Went there to grab dinner maybe 20 minutes before closing and spent a good amount of money to get home and see 1/2 the meat was nothing but FAT.. not the crispys but straight up FAT!
