Bristol Pizza Restaurant — Restaurant in Bristol

Well just moved here to Bristol..A few houses down from pizza place, i decided tonight on my walk I would get a pizza ..I was going to order and walk around block then pick it up...well that was not to be..I walk the waitress see's me walking up to registar while she is talking to off duty one and slips into back room...I had tied my small therapy dog up outside out of repect and that we were oit to do business...I look for a menue any menue dont see one..I am about to yell to back kitchen when she appears...I ask for take out menue so i can see and also take home for later...also planned on ordering from phone at this point since my dog had been out so long next to road and driveway...they have none...i ask for menue she shows me one up on wall...its 4 pages long large writing ..but being a Chef i wanted to analyze it...so i tell her i am bringing my dog in at this point..and its a therapy dog she didnt say a word...i come in and decide i just wsmt somthing quick to get out and not comd back...so i order soup...i gave her a 1$ tip for a 3.95 $ bowl of soup to go...i didnt have to leave anything. But i did before i recieved it...I walk outside to wait tgen into entrance breezeway...i waited 25 min...a pizza takes sm 15 min to cook...that should have been hot already..or put on a flame to heat and still would have onlty tsken 10 min.from being ice cold...i then had to ask for a piece of bread..the bread was warm but had no flavor....i even checked to see if butter was unsalted..i wanted to sprinkle salt on it ..i dont even use salt ....the soup was very hot must have been microwaved...all i could taste was parm. Cheese..usually you grate sum on on when served...but it was all you could taste...i would still like to try the pizza...and a dinner...especially the fried mozz...the waitress when i asked specifically. Said it was made there ...i am going to order one tomorrow to see...also to try there sauce.....over all first impression..no service...i saw not only me but for all..it looked lik one girl taking all the tables...and the other 2 not doing ANYTHING..and the one that was did not have a clue..but i will give it another try being in business i know we all somtimes...

I haven't been here in yeas and today I was reminded why. It started out good but then after we were done eating, while waiting for the waitress to come to the table, well over 10 minutes, my 3 yr old special needs Granddaughter began to get fussy. Her Mom went to take her outside and got stopped at the register, she asked for a small box and 2 refills on the Kids soda. I was still sitting at the table unaware of what was transpiring so I could pay. I heard my daughter in law and turned around. I went to the front where I was given a small Styrofoam container, and paid for our food. When the young waitress was reminded about the refills, she said she would need to charge for them. I asked why, she said it's a refill, My comment was, You just charged me for the refils...NOPE, She forgot. $2 each for a child size soda, total of $4 per Soda for 2 kids. No apology for her forgetfulness. I paid and took my Granddaughter outside. This place used to be all about customer service, apparently not anymore. I will NOT...

Arrived at 6:45 , placed our order at 6:50 . 3 tables filled up next to us . they ordered and received there food in a timely manner. Yes they were busy . 45 minutes after we ordered our food , the waitress came over and asked if we're all set , I said , still waiting on our food ?? Finally just before we're ready to pay for our sodas and leave . My dinner salad showed up ,with our food to follow. Only 1 hour 10 minutes after we ordered. Went to pay ,owners wife asked how everything was , mentioned how It took a while to get a dinner salad to start .She said o , gave me my change and walked away .Needless to say the other 3 table had all eaten and been on their way.Our order was 2 sodas , 1dinner salad , and 2 grinders , not something that that takes log to make . Food is great , but needs to work on some of their newer staff . We'll give them another chance , even if the owner's wife was not professional...
