People's Choice — Restaurant in Bristol

So last week I was meaning to leave a 5 star reveiw because they did a great job rectifying something their delivery driver had done and I got the food and it was great I even ordered the carrot cake with it I always order the New York style pizza because I never liked the New England style that they have once I noticed their New York style pizza I've gotten it every time I know that they're in the process or they have converted to Iron Horse Restaurant the past two times I have ordered from them the food has been great I also ordered the carrot cake which they are huge then I ordered from them today ordered the same order that I always get New York style pizza carrot cake and some wings were the same wings as always and they were great the pizza on the other hand seems like they changed the sauce since last week and it is definitely not as good I then open my carrot cake and it's literally a quarter of the size that I got the past two times it was such a letdown I've been ordering from them for years and I've always liked their food just wasn't a fan of their New England style pizza this has changed my outlook I think them changing over to a bigger name restaurant has let them Slack in quality of food and portion size and this is sad because People's Choice has been here for years and I have been ordering it since I was younger their services are still good but as far as the quality and portion size my five star rating that was going to go up here went right to a two in one week two separate orders within the past two weeks and the food has changed dramatically I'm very very disappointed and how they are doing their customers this isn't the People's Choice that I know do...

Okay, so this place has potential, they deliver and are open late but they lack consistency. Every time I’ve ordered (~5 times) something has been wrong or weird.

First time, ordered wings and a slice of cheese and a slice of pepperoni and the guy says to me “you wanted just like a slice of American cheese and a slice of pepperoni?” And I was like ???? No, I want pizza slices??? This is a pizza place?? And they said couldn’t do slices as late as it was. It was like 9:45/10 pm.

Next time, I ordered boneless wings because I liked the Buffalo bleu wings, however they gave me bone in.

Then, another time, the person cashing me out gave me the incorrect amount of change. She gave me like $10 more than she was supposed to, which like, I’m not complaining about but makes me wonder if it was a one time slip or what other things are going unnoticed. The staff there never really seems enthusiastic or super helpful and I wish it was better because I live pretty close. :/

Things I’ve tried: Garlic parm wings— ehhh Buffalo bleu wings— liked these a lot Pizza by the slice— not bad but not great Potato skins—again not bad but not great

Also super expensive!!!! For what it is. If it was amazing and consistent everytime, I wouldn’t mind paying this much....

Orders 50 wings and asked for them well done, not once, not twice, but three times said WELL DONE. We picked up our wings instead of delivery and that was the first indication that this night might end with Dysentery. This place looked and felt DIRTY!

Wings were definitely not well done and larger ones were even raw near the bone. Called to speak to a manager and he said they cooked them for 10 and 1/2 minutes, not their normal 9 minutes. I feel sorry for the people whose chicken was only cooked 9 minutes.... they’re probably dead now.

When asked for a credit or to send pizza or something in replacement, because we weren’t about to eat this jawn, they became snippy and said we would have to send back uneaten portions. And they would only replace what was uneaten. Instead of struggling, we told People’s Choice how we felt about them and their wings in a series of colorful euphemisms.

We ordered 50 because we had friends from out of town visiting. We promptly called the much better and CLEANER, West End Pizza for piping hot and WELL DONE...
