Been dying to try this place out but I am a professional procrastinator…I finally made it and omg I can’t believe my tastebuds!!! The flavoring of the meat alone!!! I’m weird and I don’t really like vegetables but I threw some in and it’s sooo friggin delicious it’s literally Mexican meets Pacific!! I came in after 9 pm and all the ingredients were still fresh af!! The portions are great too!! They aren’t stingy at all!!!! I have Celiac disease and most of the GF take out options arent that appetizing. NOT HERE!!! omgawwdddd this is my new favorite spot. I literally can eat this every dayyyy!!!! Read moreThe poke is ok, and the portions of it good, although the preparation is not great, especially of the vegetables. For example, the cucumber was in giant spears, like a cucumber cut into quarters, rather than the slices or chucks typical in poke. The first poke bowl I've ever had that required a knife to eat. You can get better quality, similarly priced poke at the pokeworx chain this restaurant seems to be trying to impersonate.
Skip the Mexican- you'd be better off at taco bell. Kids chicken taco meal was just dry unseasoned chicken in a taco shell- no salsa, no cheese, no veg. What I do fault the restaurant for is the taste, quality and price. The fajita vegetables were HUGE and uncooked. Not edible. The “honey vinaigrette” is a honey sesame sauce, the same used on the Poke. It’s not a vinaigrette as named. The tortilla chips are unsalted and taste like they come from a bag. The salsa is inedible and mostly liquid in form. The vegetables are not fresh and the quality is sub-par and not worth the price. I am disappointed and will not be going back. Instead, I will go...
