Robeks Fresh Juices & Smoothies — Restaurant in Bristol

I was excited when this stores opened as I have been loyal to the West Hartford location for years. I decided to give them a third chance today and I will not be returning. Emperor Açaí tasted like nothing but blueberries, and the lean green tasked like as sherbet shake with just yogurt. The only decent thing they’ve made here was my lemon ginger shots. They really need to work on their ratios for a consistent product because I can’t see them making it here off of tasteless lackluster expensive “smoothies”.

Most of the staff seems friendly when you order. There is a concern I had while watching one of the girls with extremely long hair constantly playing with it while around the food. She was not wearing a ponytail or a hat/net.

The customer service I received here was so disappointing. Would never spend my money here again. I bought two large p nut powers. I paid for them they start making them, and I notice the protein content on that shake is not as high as the one that is called the 800 pound gorilla. While she is still the shakes i ask if she could add the same protein content as the 800 pound gorilla shake that I would pay the difference. The girls tell me that they didn't do anything wrong on their end I could not change the shakes once they have already started it. So I said that I wanted a refund and they denied that as well. They lost a loyal customer for lack of doing a little extra work, so they had more time to sit around and hang out and talk to one another. Great experience overall! Immediately greeted as I walked in, I could tell staff was in mid conversation and instantly stopped it to greet me and take my order. Upon placing my order I had a couple questions to which they were quick to answer and provide valuable feedback. I got the nuts about protein smoothie and the fig prosciutto toast. I was hesitant about the smoothie being coffee, peanut butter, and cinnamon but the ratios of the flavor were perfect it was a little hint of everything that went down quick and smooth with a delicious aftertaste of each. As you can see in the picture they did not skimp out on the prosciutto and everything tasted fresh. I will definitely be going back.
