I wish there was a negative stars ratings, if so it would be a negative *. This evening my husband and I went through the dirve -thru. When we arrived home over half of our order was not there. I called the store immediately and let them know. We fed what was there to our family and went to pick up what was told to us by the manager (sandra) would be replaced. During the call to taco bell I asked if I needed to bring the receipt... the manager (Sandra) advised me that would not be necessary. Still I brought the receipt. At first we went through the dirve thru and waited over 10 minutes, my husband decided that he would just go in. When he walked in after a few minutes was greeted by a little snotty girl. Rudely she asked him" what do you want?" He told the little girl it was him that had the replacment order. He then advised her of what was missing just as I had told the manager over the phone. She then called him a liar and told him that she would not replace what was missing only what she was willing to replace. He then advised her that we were told that what was missing would be replaced. The little girl became angery and threw our food in a bag and pushed the bag at him. When he got in the car and advised me of what happened I immediately called again and asked for a manager. The same little girl that had been so rude refused to let me speak to Sandra and instead talked to me. She admitted to me that she did refuse him the replacement order only what she seemed fit to give. Basically we lost 10.00 and the gas it takes to drive there twice. I asked her if she had a way to look up our receipt she said that she did and I gave her the order number. (401144). I advised her that we are loyal customers and did not be appreciate be called liars. She said she did see the items we told her was on the receipt and still did not even apologize for her actions. I asked again for a manager and she stated she was a shift manager an hung up the phone. The store number is 029025 in bristol tn we will not be back and neither will anyone we know. I WILL make sure this is brought up to the highest level of management in this area. I WILL also make sure all of my colleagues and ever person I come in contact with knows as well. It takes a pretty poor company to hire such jerks and promote them. We WILL NOT be a customer to such a bussiness I'm sure others feel...

This is the 3rd visit at this location in a row that I have had issues. Pulled up to the drive-thru and was told the computer was down due to a power outage which is understandable. The order has already been paid for and they wanted to transfer the order to the other Taco Bell which is another 10 minute drive. I stated we would wait the 15 minutes for the computer to come back up. I parked to wait at the window in a parking spot and the lady at the drive-thru dumped the food catch out of the drive-thru window dumping food on the ground at the window and hitting the ground also where food comes into contact. THIS WILL BE THE LAST VISIT EVER TO THIS LOCATION! Worst experiences I've had at any Taco Bell especially 3 times back to back. Ordered through the app due to your not able to get the same deals if not ordered through the app. Food wasn't correct at all and then I put Fire and Hot sauce in the order. I never got any sauce or utensils for the loaded potatoes. They were very rude at the drive thru and I live 10 minutes away. Once I got back home the food wasn't fit to eat. Read moreUpon arrival, I explained that I had a credit on the app & requested FRESH chicken on the new Crispy Chicken burrito (which I HIGHLY recommend getting WITHOUT lettuce, because hot lettuce is gross).🌯 They respected my concerns and made it fresh. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because there was only a "dab" of the signature sauce ( Avocado ranch) on one end of the burrito, which happened to be the last bite- Bummer. I didn't receive napkins and had a pretty broken, but still edible, taco. But napkins ARE NECESSARY & no one wants to give them out anymore, no matter what fast food chain I go to. But, Taco Bell is my favorite and this is the ONLY location you can go to where they don't blame YOU for their mistakes (hence, Exit 7 & State St). If you go to either of those & have an issue, the MGR always puts the blame on you for not remembering the name of the person who said they'd remake your food, EVEN THOUGH they should have it written down as they say they're going to.
