I waited over a hour. I had a mobile order that was supposed to be ready by 4:05 I asked them around 4:45 if they were making it and got a reply âhave you looked at the pickup spotâ I said âyes theyâre not mineâ. She acted so confused and very unprofessional about the incident. I had showed her the order she had no idea what to do . I asked if she could make it and it was a problem for her as someone else came in she started making theirs. Mind you I had been there for 50 minutes waiting. After she was done with his she started making mine. I had asked if she was actually making it, she came off saying â what does it look like Iâm doingâ so I had walked back to the table 20 minutes later more customers show up she stops making my order and made theirs. I told her I have been here for an hour now waiting for food she said it wasnât her problem. She was very very rude and unprofessional. I ended up getting food an hour and 6 minutes after waiting, and it was wrong she put extra stuff on it that I didnât ask for. I do not recommend this place at all especially if the pink haired lady is working. She has no customer service skills...
   Read moreOn 7-3-22 we arrived at the store at 1:02 pm. Two employees were working - one in front and one in back. By the time I was finally waited on they were out of mayo, green peppers, provolone cheese, spinach, and they were out of turkey when I was there once before. I watched 7 people walk out. The girl in front was trying to do online orders and take care of walk-in customers. She was overwhelmed and I felt bad for both girls who were working that day. I finally left the store at 1:42 pm, waiting about 40 minutes to get food. My husband worked in fast food for 40+ years, managing stores and working as a District Supervisor. We understand that it's hard to get people to work these days, but a lot of the problem in in the management/ownership. I don't usually do reviews, but if this store wants to remain open, something needs to change or else the store will be forced to close. We don't want to see that happen.    Read moreI'm giving a two star review based on the store and how it operates. This being said it is this way for several I have been to in the last 6 months. The issue with the stores now is the employees can not keep up with customers in the store due to the amount of mobile orders coming in that they have to keep up with now. The walk in customers are suffering from this due to extreme wait times. I used to love going to subway on my lunch breaks and enjoying great food for a decent price. Now having to wait 40 mins to get my food from walk in to pay it's just not possible. The store needs to hire somebody at each store to just do mobile orders. So walk in customers can be served in a timely manner. Just a side note. $30 for two people to get subs is insane. I know prices have gone up on everything, however we used to be able to go in this store last year and both get foot long subs with drinks for less than...
