Wow I have been to this establishment many times! And I can say this will be my last, me and my family walked in and first after leaving the movies we used the restroom, as I'm waiting for my family to come out of the restroom, I am ignored by the waiting staff, I waited in line to place a payment and one of the waitress, immediately took the couple behind me for them to pay, and instead of then coming back to assist me she walks off so I proceed to grab a plate for the "All you can eat" and as I gather all of my food, and "sit" my ownself down at a table, here comes that same waitress who ignored me to come to me, to say " just for your information" all you can eat means you can't take any food home, which is fine and makes sense, however she then says also whatever food you don't finish you have to pay for. Now I do NOT mind this at all, but seeing as we have been here numerous times and that has never been told to us before, and she so happens to single us out, blew my mind, i later asked for the manager who then told me that they have had people come in and make big plates of food and then not finish it, I told her she didn't bother to give me any service bur she's willing to argue with me about this nonsense. First off don't make assumptions that your customers won't finish their food, and don't single us out we're all Minorities! Do better it's disgusting behavior! Brazil Grille in Brockton was a delightful experience from start to finish. As soon as I walked in, I noticed how clean and inviting the restaurant was. It had a warm and welcoming atmosphere that immediately made me feel comfortable. They had wonderful music playing in the background. It was just the right volume and added to the overall ambiance of the place. It really enhanced the dining experience and created a pleasant atmosphere. The food at Brazil Grille was amazing. The food was seasoned to perfection from the juicy and tender meats to the mouthwatering sides and salads. However, what truly made my dining experience memorable was the exceptional service provided by Claudia, our server. She went above and beyond to ensure our table was taken care of. From taking our drink order promptly to checking on my children and I throughout the meal, Claudia's attentiveness was commendable. It was too expensive and nothing included! There's not a lot to choose from for sides. Nothing is labeled so you dont know what some things are. Charged by the weight if you dont get the buffet and the plates are so heavy before you fill them! $40 for buffet no drinks, no dessert. This was shocking to us...If you leave anything on your plates, there is a waste fee, which is xtra!!! You can't take anything home, which is understandable, but that is ridiculous! By the time you go through the line because everyone at the register is sticker shocked and the lady is explaining everything, your food is cold!! You have to stop at the register before you sit.
