I WILL NEVER ORDER FORM HERE AGAIN!!!!!! The buffalo wings were not good!!!! did not even taste like it was buffalo sauce. The calzone was horrible. Salty! I don't even know how you can make calzone salty. I requested steak and cheese (extra cheese) with Jalapeños but they put banana peppers in it instead, and argued with me about what i ordered when i called them after getting my food. Either way, none of these things are salty so where did all the salt come from???? Knowing i have a sensitivity to salt, i had someone else try it and they also could not even eat more than one piece because it was so bad.

I convinced my co-workers to order from here just to try somewhere new, bringing 5 new customers. When i called to inform them that they messed up my order, i received HORRIBLE customer service where they even hung up on me. The first person that picked up was very polite, tried to rectify the situation. He then passed the phone to the person who said they took my order and they were rude and hung up on me. I understand they were busy but you should NEVER sacrifice professionalism. if you cannot handle a busy night then i guess you should lose customers.

They definitely lost the 5 customers that ordered tonight and possibly other nurses from the ER because this negative experience is being shared. I would advice everyone reading this to spend your money elsewhere, increased chance of getting better food and better treatment. So Last Friday my girlfriend ordered a large buffalo chicken calzone....... it was the most disgusting and unedible thing I have ever seen in my life!! at least half of the calzone contained no chicken!! and the parts of the calzone that did have chicken contained dark meat that was ripped off of a drumstick or a rotisserie chicken! There was no buffalo sauce no Buffalo taste I basically got a dark meat chicken calzone!!! I have pictures look at them I don't leave reviews this is my first I don't know if there was a disgruntled employee or what happened but I would not suggest going to this place or ordering from this place. Do not trust the good reviews I believe those are paid for by family and friends. Due to their disrespectful staff this establishment only deserved one star. When my roommate received the wrong order, I promptly called back and asked for a the correct order and for them to review the price. My roomate who has disabilities was mocked and laughed at over the phone to the point I had to ask for a manager-which of course there was not one available. Then, they requested the wrong order back, which is against Board of Health regulations. After waiting ruffy 15 mins after the estimated delivery time they said we could keep the intial incorrect order. Which was good except we waited over an hour overall to eat.
