Supreme Coffee & Donuts East Side — Restaurant in Brockton

Really bad experience i ordered muffins they put them in the bag i drove to work they were crumbled up fell apart and i brought them back and 3 of the workers looked at me as if i did it. now i was on a short lunch break why would i do that the lady with the green eyes told me i crumbled them up. i was outraged then one of the ladies admitted to me that batch was too soft and she told me i could get new ones which they put in a box mind u the green eyed lady starring at me like i was a monster. they did not apologize no warmness. i was polite. this would be the 3rd incident there never again will i go there. they have no care for the costumer and no care about how your food gets handled. its a really sloppy place disgusting. some times i would go there and my coffee was burned tasting or old and they wouldn't change my coffee with out putting up an smug comment first. sad no costumer service the...

I always went to dunks and then started using marylous or starbucks cause their coffee seemed watered down. today I decided to try Supreme coffee and donuts because I was going into the dollar tree store across the street and never tried them before. WOW! Had myself a HOJOS flashback! The dark roast coffee is great! Had a onion bagel sandwich it was like a home made one and absolutely wonderful! Actually they have an extensive list of sandwiches to choose from. The Donuts are fresh!!!! And they have just as many crazy flavor choices as marylous to choose from. I don't know why I never tried them before but I will most definetly be making a hike across town for now on especially when we are buying donuts for the kids on the weekend and let people know the old town coffee shops are still alive and kicking Butt to boot! Update: I spoke with the manager/owner and the new register they have was not charging cards correctly. When I asked about two other charges that didnt make sense to me the call was disconnected. I don't really blame her as she might not have the answer for that, but having the call be disconnected was a bit sisheartening.I have to stress that I really love this place and their service is usually always great. I hope whatever happened with the register is figured out, but for my own security I will be disputing the larger charges. They charged my card $63.67 for a bacon egg and cheese on a cresent, and a small iced coffee. I have reported this to my bank for fraud. I really loved their food, but this experience...
