Probably one of the best gamestops ive been to so far the staff are great and very helpful one kid there actually helped me find a game i wanted really bad saw it was in another store close to boston area and where i guess he lived some what near and he actually went out of his way and picked the game up personally for me himself to have it to me the very next day instead of having me order it and ship it or go there myself was one of the nicest and just best things a total stranger has done for me just out of the kindness of his own heart and love of gaming as well without a doubt this is one of the best...

was really disappointed with my experience at this GameStop. The employee told us we had to spend $15 to get the Shiny Koraidon / Miraidon code, which is not true according to the official Pokémon promotion. When I pointed out what the website said, he insisted he was right and seemed to be trying to take advantage of customers. This was misleading and frustrating. Promotions like this should be honored as advertised, without pressuring customers to spend money...
