Village Pizza & Subs — Restaurant in Brockton

I only ordered a ceasar salad. Upon entering it took a few mins before i was even greeted. There was no have a good day or enjoy your food. I over heard the person before myself order a salad with meat & total. Then after i order a plain Caesar salad i was told my total was $9.××.. I questioned the boy if it was the price for a plain ceasar.. And he said yes.. I said are you sure.. He then asked a female who was doing more than 1 thing.. And she said no thats the wrong price, its a plain/regular salad.. So he then rung me up for $6/$7.. With no apology of the wrong price.. I paid and left.. The salad wasn't the best.. It was mediocre.. And id say the same for the service.. Thought they we're charging 70's/80's pricing.. I definitely did not feel it...

I recently visited this pizza spot, and I have to say, it's a hidden gem! One of the things that really stood out to me was the fact that their pizza flour doesn't contain bromate In them didn't even realize was in many other places' dough. It’s great to know they’re offering a healthier alternative while still delivering an incredible taste.The owner was another highlight of my experience. Been coming here for several years now practically on a daily basis, and there is no other place in the area I would consider having lunch at in the area. My go-to items are the grilled Buffalo chicken sub, pastrami sub, and of course the tuna. The homemade chili is excellent on a cold day to warm up from being outside. The staff and owner Tony are all very friendly, and take pride in their jobs. Tony did an excellent job keeping the business going throughout the height of Covid and took the extra precautions to make everyone feel safe and protected.
