McDonald's — Restaurant in Brockton

The afternoon crew is the worse. The little boy taking orders in the drive through is extremely disrespectful and talks like he is in the street. The attitude problem on this child is not appropriate for business in a proper workplace. This is an example of a workplace that isn't proper at all. I asked to speak to his manager and he brought a female by the name of "CATHY" to my attention. I tell Cathy what happened and she said she would speak to him and proceeded to try to ask me if she can take my order. Remind you that I am a regular at this location and I did not like the new afternoon crew with how unprofessional they are. I did not place my order in the fear that they would do something to my food. I did not order but instead went to another establishment in brockton next to Shaws. I would not recommend this establishment to anyone that wants proper customer service...

Ordered food through the app. After I’d paid for them, they inform me that two of the items weren’t available. That they can’t reimburse me and to go through the app. The app states the restaurant had to refund me. After going back and forth between them and corporate I just canceled the whole transaction Off my credit card. All this run around for a lousy $8.64. The manager I spoke with was no help. I showed him on the app that it says if you paid for items and didn’t receive them, please return to that restaurant. He just repeats go through the app. Also the phone number this place has listed everywhere is actually a fax number. I feel like that was intentional to avoid calls and complaints. So ridiculous. Customer service in this situation was just ineffectual and a waste of my time. I’ll go elsewhere...

I went through the drive thru to order breakfast. It was a "textbook" experience. The greeter did everything perfectly. She took my order, repeated it back to me, and asked me to proceed to the first window. The payment transaction went smoothly and I then proceeded to window 2 where a very pleasant young lady with a nice genuine smile had my order ready and waiting. All was packaged perfectly with napkins and utensils. The food and beverage were fresh and of excellent quality. Also would like to commend the curbside appeal which has been lacking at many drive thru restaurants lately. This exterior was spotless. The parking lot and grounds were well kept up. There was not an ounce of debris on the premises and the wastebaskets had fresh empty bags which were NOT overflowing with trash. Excellent...
