Every time I order, I am the last one to be delivered and I live within half of a mile, apparently when you call, they say that you have to be delivered in the order that you placed your order. I get that, however if my driver literally drives 5 miles away with my order that still warm in the back of his car and then by the time he gets to my house it’s cold. That’s ridiculous. Their drivers forget stuff half the time I have had tater tots left and I’ve had two icing cups left that I’ve ordered and then the driver stares at you saying do you want me to go back and get it, of course I want you to go back and get it. When you called, they’ll make it right neither refund your order but where is the good customer service to start with?
Update: told the driver and the manager on the phone that I wanted my icing cups delivered that was an hour ago. I wouldn’t buy something and not get it, however, I was refunded, but I still did state that I wanted my icing cups. Very annoyed with this service. I haven’t ordered from the store in a long time and I thought you know what I think I will, they just showed me tonight...
Read moreThis might be the worst Dominoes in the entire US, and I don’t know how we got so unlucky that it’s the closest one to us. There’s something wrong with the order every.single.time. And not only is something typically incorrect, you’re also usually missing dips. Who orders pizza and doesn’t get ranch? Time and time again it’s wrong. They don’t check the order before delivering. We have to drive 10 miles out of the way to pick up to avoid ordering here. Did you order parmasean bread twists? Too bad they’ll send cinnamon sticks. Did you order a Coke? Too bad you’re getting a root beer. Did you order ranch or marinara? Too bad just eat it dry

One thing I will say is that the delivery is usually fast- but that’s probably because they just throw whatever in the box with little to no due diligence
PS. This doesn’t include the delivery driver Jacob. He’s kind and excluded from...
Read moreI really don't like leaving negative reviews. Yesterday I went and had a carry out order of a medium cheese and a medium thin crust pepperoni. 15 minutes after ordering I was there to pick it up. I got home which is only a few miles and realized that the thin crust didn't even have sauce and the hand tossed cheese was barely cut.
It looked like the food had been sitting there for hours even though I just ordered it. That's not even the worst of it. Later that night and into the next day every person that ate the food got sick. This was my second time of giving Domino's a chance being that the other time was pretty similar.
Save some money and get better pizza from Little Caesars...
