McDonald's — Restaurant in Broken Arrow

Having the cops called on was not part of the plan tonight with our youngest son's birthday. He wanted to go to the McDonalds in BA because they have a playground. The whole time he tried to play he kept getting blocked at the top. Kids blocking the entrance and the slide on the inside. All the adults in there were glued to their phones instead of being parents. At one point my husband asked if someone would please ask their kids to get out of the slide so our son could go down and we got ignored. Finally he got down and of course being the kid he is, wanted to go down a few more times. Every single time he ran into the same issue. Again, asked parents to get their kids off the slide and was ignored. Finally our son was trying to go down for the last time and I had had enough. After hearing excuse me 5 times I told him to go down the slide and if he ran into anyone in there climbing up then it was that kids fault. Man, that got parents attentions. They started cursing at me and telling me that I was horrible for saying that, keep in mind our son is still up there with no way down. The mom screaming at me got the manager who then started calling the cops. Still couldn't get our son down because there were literally kids in our way and I was not about to move someone else's child and all the parents just sat there. My husband told them to call the cops because we didn't do anything wrong except try to get our kid down. Finally one of the moms got up and got her kids out from the inside of the slide so he could come down. Sure enough as soon as we left we got pulled over. My husband told the officer exactly what happened. The officer asked if we got physical with anyone and said we had to stay until they could confirm we didn't get physical. Of course, we didn't so he let us go. Moral of the story: GET OFF YOUR DAMN PHONES AND PAY ATTENTION TO YOUR KIDS and the manager should have had our backs since this was clearly a safety violation! We will NEVER be back...

McDonald's hamburgers I really don't know how to write McDonald's hamburgers because it's just a generic hamburger lower-quality food chain that's been around forever and I myself very seldom ever go to McDonalds because I just don't think that their food is very high quality it's slept together at this restaurant in at other restaurants that I've tried they squirt the sauce and they don't make it from fresh quality products in the store it is shipped to them through commissary pre-made patties pre-made sauce has pre-made everything and it comes Frozen so I can't really give McDonald's a very high star I guess the highest are for McDonald's would be a 2 * that I can give and that would be considered a five-star from McDonald's because I just can't give him anything more than to start the service isn't very great and the lines are long because people just want something to fill their stomach when they eat at McDonald's. I've known many people that have worked at McDonald's in the past and they're working there and telling all about the secrets that they have seen and heard behind the scenes and I don't prefer McDonald's food other than to just fill a void in my stomach. So if you like a food chain that's a national chain that just ships in their food warms it up or microwaves it squirts stuff on it and just changed it all the way through like a cabl conveyor line and assembly line then that's good for you I guess but I do like to have real food prepared fresh and I mean really fresh not frozen and shipped from somewhere else and then just warmed up Weatherby microwave or on a grill I like my hamburgers to be actually padded out by the restaurant formed and put on the grill and cooked completely raw to Perfection and not just precooked and warmed up. But if you're a McDonald's person and you love it then you love you some McDonald's and as we say on Tulsa Live come get you...

Wish I could give no stars , whoever is running this place needs to step up or close down this McDonald’s your employees are, let’s just say not so bright. First they need to work on serving fresh or at-least hot food the food is never hot barely warm basically it’s cold the burgers are a complete mess from cold to mushed bun to unseasoned patty to cold patty there is nothing about the burgers that are ever good so whoever is grilling you need to care more or you need to just leave the establishment now whoever is in charge of the FRIES needs to be fired no questioned ask no only are they serving cold old fries most of the time your serving unsalted fries like no salt not even a little how is it when I came in I saw 15 plus people there and it took 5 min before somebody came and took my order , the customer service could be better but it is McDonald’s at the same time it’s not an excuse to serve poor nasty tasteless cold food Gordon Ramsey would’ve fainted just walking in this place seeing 10 or more flies flying around the food going inside bags and no one tries to swap the flies so they keep coming , no one in the kitchen had gloves on but was touching all over the food they were making which is disgusting especially with COVID going on and the new strain, have some respect and use some GLOVES and take more pride in the lackluster job you have , seeing people with no hats and long hair no hair nets so that’s a health violation if this place ever had a health inspector the score would be -11 basically F. It’s gross it’s nasty it’s dishonorable it’s disrespectful it’s an abomination FIX IT before...
