Panera Bread — Restaurant in Broken Arrow

I’m not usually one to complain. I’m the kind of person who won’t tell you if you got my drink wrong. But it is SO COLD inside this Panera! I have never been so cold inside a restaurant before. We keep our house at 68 or 70. It was 69 outside the day I went and it felt like a sauna when I walked out compared to the inside of this store. I went there to hunker down and study for awhile but couldn’t focus with how cold it was so I got a blanket out of my car and a warm soup and that only made it bearable for like 10 minutes. I tried to talk to an employee, but he literally turned around and started walking away before I even finished a sentence and said “we can’t do anything about that.” It made me feel like such a bother but this is the second time I’ve had to leave this location because of the temperature and I’ve never had that issue at any other Panera. On top of that, this location is almost always out of all their coffee in the afternoon and most of the employees look like they’d rather be anywhere but there. Soufle use to be just first class now they always seem sloppy instead of firm. And flaky pastry no longer quality has gone down. I was half way home and half way through eating mine and had 2 in the bag for my kiddos. It was like a little cooked on top but literally ran out all over my lap. Literally heated not cooked way to runny. Panera has gone so far down hill. Would love a call or response from manager...

Last time about 2 weeks ago I was at counter girl just started doing stuff on cash register and then started talking to coworker.. I said hey do you think it would be okay if I like make an order. Her response and I kid you not was okay can you hurry up. I went silent stared at her and said I beg your pardon and she said well I've got a lot to do today so can you hurry up I about-faced and walked out. Can you guess what color hair and how much facial piercings she had... Totally and incredibly gone from the quality Panera use to be known for Or It could be just this broken...

I just wanted to comment on how unprofessional this location is. I love Panera and usually have a great experience any time I choose to dine at one of their locations, but that was not the case here. To begin with, the cashier who took my order, I believe her name was Summer, was incredibly rude. She acted as if me ordering a bowl of cheddar and broccoli soup was asking the world of her. She went on what I assume was her break about 10 minutes into my visit, and sat at a table directly behind me. For the next 20 minutes my fiancee and I had to listen to her and another girl (wish I had caught her name) bad mouthing their co-workers and the customers they had to deal with that day. The food was great, but listening to someone gripe about how 'terrible' their co-workers and customers isn't a great dining experience. Especially since she had just demonstrated her poor work skills by being rude and short with customers. I definitely won't be visiting this Panera...
