Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Broken Arrow

I ordered pizza at 5:00 for delivery The call center said 30 minutes for delivery After they had to put in my order three different times 6:00 and the pizza is still not here I call the number and get the call center-go through the situation -asking them to check to see where our pizza is at-to be disconnected This happened three more times before it went through to the local store I ordered from They said your pizza is the next to leave the store It’s been an hour since I ordered the pizza They said you were quoted 75 minutes through the call center and I said they quoted 35 minutes

This is the second time we have had issues with using delivery through pizza hut! Last time we ordered they said 35 minutes and 1 1/2 hours later we got a hold of the store and they said your pizza hasn’t even been made yet- we are short on drivers (which I understand) but we should have been told that so we could have came to the store to pick...

The Pizza Hut at 71st and County Line is NASTY and has horrible service. First off, I placed my order at 10AM that day for a 530PM pickup. I arrived at 5:20 and was told it would be 7-10 minutes. No problem. I pull around and park in front of the locked lobby doors (due to short staffing), and the line cook, wearing gloves while making the pizza, is grabbing food off a paper plate on the line, and shoveling it in her mouth, then continues to make the pizza, with no change of gloves. That is disgusting. Second, I drive back up to the pickup window at 5:34 and am then told that my pizza has not even made it in the oven due to only have 1 cook (a.k.a. the lady eating food on the prep line). The cashier then handed me the completed breadsticks and asked if we wanted them. No! We got a refund for the entire order. I would not want just breadsticks, and they would be cold before my pizza...

This Pizza Hut has great pizzas (hence the 2 stars). The reason it only gets 2 stars is because whoever owns it is cheap and refuses to follow the corporate deals and all of the other stores in town. $10 Large in South BA? LOL not at this one. $7 deal lovers menu breadsticks option? Nah, not here (but you can if you drive an extra 10-15 minutes). Even if they do have a deal on their app for once, sometimes they just turn off app orders completely or forget to make your food. If you manage to get food from here it is always hot, fresh, and delicious. But I am sick of them opting out of Pizza Hut coupons essentially or making it impossible to order.
