I placed an online pickup order at 8:00pm on 5/25/2025. After placing the order I received an online receipt shortly after saying my food would be ready at 8:20pm. I show up at 8:20 to pick up my food. I did not receive my order until 9:25pm. This is beyond unacceptable. Now I will start by saying that I understand the service is not ALL one individuals fault. That being said I will share how this all happened. When I arrived I was told by the To-go cashier, Kevin, that my order was not quite ready. So I sat down and waited, and waited, and waited. About 20 minutes in I ask again about my order and he goes to check and says the exact same thing. After repeating this a few times, I started to get pissed around the 45 minute mark. At this time Kevin prints out a copy of my receipt, says he will see if they can get it out sooner, and walks back to the kitchen. I then get to meet the manager currently working, I believe her name was Alicia, but I'm not certain since I didn't hear it well. After continued waiting, Kevin came back out and said to me twice that my order would be comped and that I would get a refund. I said I would like a receipt of that to keep for myself. He said he would find the manager to comp it that instant. A few minutes later he returns and said the manager is nowhere to be found. I gave him my phone number and left. I expect to get that refund within the next few days. I would say that the overall service was terrible. The entire time I was there, multiple customers came in and out, some even returning because their order was incorrect. Another cancled his order and left. Buffalo Wild Wings gets a 0/10 for service. Read moreWe got up and walked out! My husband and I visited Wednesday evening around 7:15 ish in attempts to enjoy the BOGO night. The table they set us at had a clear view into the kitchen. We ordered wings, tots and a side salad. Our waitress was great! I noticed my salad was pre made and sitting on the bar in the kitchen. One of the other waitress was standing in front of my salad, I looked away for a second and when I looked back up she was eating a cucumber. I told my husband I think that waitress just ate the cucumber off my salad. He brushed it off and said probably not so I let it go. ( I watched our waitress grab that salad and bring it to me so I know it was mine) after about three bites into my salad my husband grabs my arm and tells me to stop eating, and that we where leaving due to him watching about four different servers walk by and grab and eat food off of trays that where waiting to be taken out to different tables. They where walking by eating whatever they could grab. Fries, Wings, cucumbers....whatever was there. One of them grabbed a wing, ate it, LICKED HIS FINGERS then continued to dig into another plate and grab fries then wipe his fingers on his pants then grabbed another fry form another tray. Read moreFood quality was good. Service could have been better. It was colder inside the restraunt than it was outside and it was 61 degrees outside. When we brought the discomfort we were in with it being cold and the air blowing on us we were told it was a draft part of the restaurant. Seeing no evidence of concern from the restaurant I decided to go to the truck and grab a blanket for each of us. 10 minutes after returning from the vehicle with blankets the air conditioner shut off. The waitress asked if we were doing better and we said yes since we had blankets and the air conditioner shut off. She preceded to let us know that the manager was busy on the phone and took a while to address it. I get it if you don't have power over the thermostat in your restaurant but do not talk to customers as if they are stupid. Funny how the "draft" stopped after turning off the air conditioning unit that was so strong it blew napkins off the table. No apologies from the waitress or even a visit from the manager. It's like they don't care. We even sat around for a few extra minutes to give the manager opertunity to address it with us but she was busy socializing, provided that the one who walked around like a manager was who she was.
