Sugar Llamas - Broken Arrow — Restaurant in Broken Arrow

I have finally had it with this place. Capriotti's is my favorite sandwich shop and I frequently stop by here to get some ice cream afterwards. I am often ignored for long periods of time before I get help. Yes I heard the story of that one time that these poor kids had to do their job and make 500 donuts in one day. That was weeks ago it's time to move on. I always have to interrupt the chit chat to get somebody to pay attention to me. when I finally do I am treated like a huge inconvenience. I am not thanked for my order nor am I greeted when I get there. My most recent visit, I watch two young girls with their backs turn to me stand in the corner and giggle and occasionally look over at me while I stood at the ice cream counter waiting for somebody to come over. After a solid 5 to 10 minutes, I got frustrated and walked out the door. As I walked away I heard one of them in a very condescending voice, say thanks for coming in! And resume with the giggling. I feel very sorry for the owners. I like to support small businesses and I'm glad to see them be successful, but I hope they saved their money from that big $500 donut order they got because they won't be getting any more from me. Product is good, service should be better. I went here for the first time on 08/18 and came at open. I ordered and 5 min later a lady came in and it was obvious they did not have her preorder ready for her. So they of course skipped over me to help her first which resulted in me waiting for my small order for over 20 min. (I was the only person there) I didn't expect that long of a wait. Later that same day I decided to share and try them again. So i called and placed a much larger order for pick up to be ready in about 45 minutes. When I arrived the order was ready and I read over it and they had marked everything I asked correctly. The food was cold and incorrect. Just now left Sugar Llamas Broken Arrow. My daughterwnted to go there for her 5th birthday. 2 younger ladies were working. We were not greeted at all when walked in. We were seen because they looked at us. We walked up to the register. One girl (long brown) turned around to fill an order. The other darker girl was frying the donuts in the fryer right in front of the register. Neither one acknowledged we were there even after looking right at us! We stood there for a few minutes waiting to be acknowledged...still nothing! We finally turned around and walked like they were hoping we would I guess. I got to the door and told them have a great day! They still stood there not saying anything and just looked at us. They just opened and there was trash on the floor. This place has gone down hill.
