I was shopping here today for the first time, bc I go to the nail salon near by. The lady that checked me out and greeted me at the door was extremely nice and helpful. However, the other lady that was there (in a back office area) was extremely rude. She eventually came out of her office but she never greeted me or said anything at all to me.. but was sure to say “hello” and “thank you” to the other shoppers that were coming and going. My friend was visiting from another country and wanted to buy some cute local gifts that have Oklahoma or Tulsa on it, so we came here to see what they had. The boutique is clean, well organized, and offers a wide range of stuff- from clothes to jewelry, gifts, etc., Sadly, the customer service was awful. The two employees in the store were more interested in their conversation then acknowledging their customers. Neither one greeted us, nor said one single word to us! We were in here for about 15-20 minutes until we decided to leave with how uncomfortable it felt. I was looking at stuff right near the counter and still, not one of them said anything.
