My husband and I visited this location in March 2024. We were quoted a mattress, adjustable base and two free pillows. We applied for a credit card based off the high end of what the consultant quoted. The next day we were talking with the consultant and he back tracked on the free pillows and also said the amount would be higher than quoted. The consultant lost contact with us so we moved on to a different store (Sleep Number). Fast forward to July 2024 we thought we would purchase new pillows using the credit card we originally applied for. We paid for two purple pillows which equaled over 475.00. That evening we had buyers remorse and also realized we picked out pillows at Sleep Number which were cheaper. I returned the next day to the same consultant. I explained my situation, advised we didn’t open the boxes or even got them out of the car the evening before and asked for a refund. The consultant said he would call customer service first. The call quickly ended stating, “he would have to get his manager’s approval first.” The consultant advised me, “his manager was a body builder working out at the time and couldn’t promise a return message that day.” The consultant then said, “he couldn’t promise a guarantee on the refund.” I asked why since it was less than 24 hours and unopened boxes. The consultant accused me of opening one of the boxes and taping it back up. I told him to review his security cameras because he gave me the box that way. The consultant told me “we don’t tape our boxes.” I asked to leave the merchandise there while waiting for manager approval and he advised no. I waited multiple days and still haven’t received a follow up from this consultant. We visited another Mathis store and returned the two pillows. Just simply poor customer service all around from these two men. We will not ever again visit this location and will highly advise to our friends...

We walked into the store and was greeted by Logan Marler. He was fantastic! He was not pushy whatsoever, was great to talk to and was very patient with us. Never asked us any of those pushy salesmen questions and when we said we were going to get something to eat and come back he didn't try to talk us into buying before we left, which made us feel super comfortable and willing to come back. He gave us such a great deal and we are suuuuper happy about our purchase! We got a Serta mattress, moveable base and 4 pillows for just a few pennies over what we paid for the sleep number, and it is by far the best bed I'm going to own! Three days later on the delivery date, after hearing nothing, we called to find out where our mattress was. They then told us that the bed had to come from OKC and we would not get it until Thursday, 5 days later. Thursday, still no bed. Called again and was told it would not be delivered until Friday. After talking to a salesman to complain about the situation, I was told a manager would be contacting me the next day. 4 days later, and still no phone call. If we had known it was going to take over a week to get the bed, we would have bought elsewhere.
