Day shift manager on duty 12/01/2022 is completely unprofessional. I called to report that my order was incorrect- after the drive thru person ask us to repeat the order - it was made wrong. My last order 2 days ago - âpicked up by Uber Eatsâ was incorrect too. I did not call or complain about that one - but today I had to say something. Manager basically laughed at me and offered absolutely zero care. She wanted to go on and on about her family and her job. I donât care about that, just like I donât care if she has to open and close the restaurant - with the cost of everything right now - spending almost $10 for breakfast and for it to be wrong is unacceptable. When I asked for someone else to talk too - she only offered âI cannot reveal another managers scheduleâ. I didnât ask for their schedule - I only wanted to talk to someone else who would not laugh at me. I have posted a complaint to corporate - and requested to be contacted. For someone who âneedsâ her job, she offers zero customer care. Sounds like she is in the wrong line of work. Someone who complains to the customer about her work definitely should not be working with customers. After accusing her of laughing - she finally offered to âtake my nameâ so I could get a refund or meal replaced. First offer was for me to come back up there for a replacement.    Read moreI spent 30 minutes in line tonight (Tuesday, September 16, at 5:45 PM) just to get a kidsâ meal and chicken nuggets. I had asked for sauces with my order, but it still took about 20 minutes for the food to come out. After that, I was told to wait at the window even longer. After I got my food, the window was really shutting my face before I could say I needed ranch and honey mustard again.
At the window were two employees a man with a beard and very unkempt nails, and a woman with black hair and a âbunâ. The woman initially tried to charge me again for my order, even though the man had already run my card. Once that was sorted, she said sheâd grab the sauces, but instead she immediately pulled out her phone and started scrolling right in front of me. I had to wave down the man again, who just waved back at me until I clarified I still needed help. I even asked if the woman was seriously just on her phone while Iâd already been waiting nearly 30 minutes with a child in the car.

We go to the nearest Wendy's location and my deal was gone on my phone. The manager said that the deals are time sensitive and if you do not act immediately it goes away. She said the the Wendy's corporate made the app where the store cannot override it and do anything about their screw ups. So I lost out. Wife decided to check hers and it was still on her phone so she purchased something and received the 10pc nuggets for free. Wow you would think that was a good deal, until you bite into the nuggets. Almost completly Cold and was like rubber. Definetely not cooked when ordered. These nuggets had to be sitting under a warmer light for at least 20 mins as they were barely luke warm.
