Okay so I actually wanted to say why can't I use half a star or minus stars that's for Google to update with but anyways if they had it I'd used minus a star and now you will know why because my family goes with a 3 strike process if we eat out anywhere that place has workers that means they might have someone having a bad day or somethings wrong so we take this into consideration and as such in my opinion this was our second visit and we got the exact same treatment and just for asking for some extra napkins we made them mad so yeah plus not to mention finally the point of this review we've gotten the same thing twice and it was screwed up exactly the same way we ordered Dave's Triple no lettuce and we received gum for buns very stale and the Patties as you can see we're dried out completely when you order a burger you expect something now I understand it's a fast food place but there is only so long you can leave those patties on the heaters and the tomato slice one per person was small yes I know it happens but a soured slice not my favorite flavor also it appeared to have extra ketchup and little onions in my thoughts I ordered a Dave's Triple made regular just no lettuce and two orders got done the bad way well my father is ex military and he says he'd rather have some more bugs to eat then this because we both went through a bottle of water a piece and we I ate what I could because it was lunch and we can't stay an talk and being busy just like another reviewer said too busy for getting bad fast food instead of fast food faster option I will be hesitant to try a third time and for Everyone willing to read my review have a Blessed Day Sorry to have bad news but I can't help it I can only share what my experience was oh and it's pretty bad when the Patty's suck the moisture...
Read moreIf I could give less than 1 star I would. The employees they have working nights at this Wendy's are very unprofessional, inconsiderate, lack hygiene basics and I will not return. Every time I have gone through the drive thru window here, they either take the order wrong, don't give a receipt, forget half of your food (and when called out, they argue with you). I ordered two meals and two 10 piece chicken nuggets for my daughter and get to the window, wasnt provided with a receipt and when I received my drinks and food, they left out a drink and a fry. I asked about it and the employee argued saying he only showed one fry. I informed him that I ordered two meals so there should be two fries, a long with two drinks. In the end, I got my food but being treated like I was asking for something free, is ridiculous. I also offered to pay for it if I wasnt charged for the item. I told him I would provide my receipt if I had been given one. I will not be going back again. Dayshift may be different but I have nothing good to say about the evening shift...
Read moreThis has to be the worse place I’ve experienced in Broken Arrow this far do yourself a favor and eat at the other one a mile away at stone ridge. This staff has got to be a collection of people who have been rejected from all the other places and the hiring manager and training manager need to be terminated. Customers are ignored upon arrival I witnessed several walk out , the front end is neglected no one greets customers, while the front end person is MIA the cooks and lady who just kept sweeping failed to acknowledge any customers they look down in avoidance and have very poor depressing attitudes. Maybe they can’t speak English? But surely the training manager can teach them to smile and say hello, and one minute and be taught to go fetch the missing front end employees.
