Roma Italian in Broken Bow was a decent spot for a casual dinner, but it didn’t quite live up to the hype. The restaurant itself has a warm, inviting atmosphere with cozy lighting and a family-friendly vibe. The staff were genuinely kind and attentive, which definitely added to the experience. The food, though, was hit or miss. The breadsticks came out warm and soft, but could’ve used a little more flavor. I tried one of their pasta dishes — it was fine, just not very memorable. The sauce was a bit thin, and while the portion was generous, it lacked that rich, homemade taste you hope for in Italian food. On the bright side, the salad was fresh and crisp, and the presentation overall was nice. It’s the kind of place that’s good if you’re already in the area and want a comfortable, laid-back meal. Nothing particularly bad, just not anything that stands out as exceptional. With a few small tweaks to the recipes, it could easily go from “okay” to “great.”

First time trying this place. Medium pricing… a little higher than our normal mom/pop Italian in DFW, but not terrible. Food was very good, I had the Stromboli and my son had chicken Marsala. We were both very satisfied with size of portions as I brought about 1/2 of mine home. The inside of the restaurant is very nice and much larger than I expected. Plenty of seating and a big bar area also. It’s next door to the new “Girls gone wine” location so I am sure they will deliver next door. The only negative was with the check at the end. The waitress just writes down the items on the receipt pad, no pricing and then the lady upfront rings it up when you leave. The total was a little higher than I anticipated but without the itemized list of items/prices it was hard to challenge. They also didn’t ask if want to add any tip to the bill so that was inconvenient. Overall good food and I would go back again, nice location and interior.

First time trying Roma in downtown Broken Bow. Great location, beautiful building. Large spacious dining area. Near multiple businesses and perfect for a lunch get-together and then shopping trip downtown. The food was plated beautifully, the portions were enough for 3 people, and everything tasted well. My husband's steak was cooked to perfection, tender. My son had a massive, cheesy canzone. My chicken fettuccine Alfredo was saucy and enormous. Will definitely return in the future. Thankful for new dining selections locally.

Roma Italian Restaurant was beyond amazing! From the moment our group of 17 adults from Texas walked through the door, we were greeted with warmth and genuine hospitality that immediately made us feel at home.

Our server, Cali, was nothing short of phenomenal! From the second we were seated, she was attentive, professional, and incredibly friendly — the kind of service that truly elevates the dining experience. She anticipated our needs before we could even ask and made sure every guest at our large table felt taken care of.

The food? Absolutely delicious! Loaded with flavor and served piping hot within minutes — it felt like magic how quickly everything came out. Every bite was full of authentic Italian goodness that left us all raving.

We laughed, we ate, and we created memories that will last long after the night ended. The manager even stopped by our table to personally check in, ensuring everything exceeded our expectations — and it absolutely did!

Our group has dined at some of the finest restaurants in Texas, but none compare to the exceptional service, quality, and heart we experienced at Roma Italian.

Thank you again for accommodating our large party and making us feel so welcome. We can’t thank y’all enough for such an unforgettable evening — Roma Italian, you’ve set the...
