KFC — Restaurant in Brook Park

I would rate 6 stars if I could! Best customer service I've ever had at a KFC. I know KFC tends to run out of chicken, especially the extra crispy and the grilled (which is exactly what I wanted). So I called ahead to see if they had any. They didn't have enough for the meal I wanted, but Jazmin, who answered the phone, kindly told me that if I placed the order, they could have it ready by the time I got there. So I placed the order, and left. 9 minutes later I pulled in to the parking lot, walked inside, and Ariana waited on me at the counter. The chicken was all ready to go, fresh and hot. The sides were just being served up. Ariana was as sweet as could be, and rang me up, and sent me out the door with my food! The food was hot, fresh, not dropping with grease or squishy or any other of the negative things I've read in here. The grilled was soft, tasty, and lightly peppered. Perfect. The extra crispy was just that... Eeeextra crispy. The kind of deafening crispy that you have to pause in chewing if you want to hear anyone who's talking to you. 👍😁 (but I'm not saying it was hard to chew... It was great! Just loud. And loud is good.) Everyone was friendly, courteous, and more than willing to meet the requests I set forth over the phone. Moreso, it was the willingness to help and accommodate that charmed me, and will keep me coming back. I wanted to make sure to get these ladies' names because they went far above and beyond, and I wanted to make sure to give credit where it was due! That said, anyone on here who is disappointed that they've run out of any particular type of chicken, I highly recommend calling ahead if you can. I had never tried that before, but if my trip to KFC is planned and not a swing-by out of nowhere, I'll be doing that in the future. I got exactly the 12 piece, all dark, 6 ex-crispy and 6 grilled chicken that I wanted, with no fuss, no waiting, and no disappointment! Thanks to everyone at KFC who really put their restaurant on the map for me tonight. Happy and well-fed, and every bite hit the spot 'cos it was hot, fresh, and EXACTLY what I was hankering for. (edit to add: This review comes on the heel of a visit I made to a KFC in Lakewood about a year ago, where the employees inside the restaurant (who I saw through the glass door while walking up) all HID FROM SIGHT when I tried to go inside. They locked the door and disappeared. Haven't been back there since, but I'll be back to this one. A damn sight better than the Lakewood KFC, that's for sure...

went to snow rd kfc expecting a crispy fried fun experience. instead was met with severe soggy disappointment. me and bestie for restie came in at 8:24pm and door said lobby close at 9. people were eating inside. door was open so we walked in just to be blocked by rude crazed worker holding mop who said “NO !!! we are closed !! door not locked bc i just let them in. you can go through drive thru”. and then she pushed and locked us out. a bit concerned but still wanted yummy kfc, so we went to drive thru. there, worker forgot we had two orders and made me waste gas and shiver with open window holding out cash for them to take. finally we got food but dr peppers were large for kids meal. NOT GOOD FOR KIDS. BAD SERVING WANT US TO BE FAT. AND TO TOP IT OFF I GOT HONEY BBQ INSTEAD OF RANCH (who tf likes honey bbq) AND NO BUTTER FOR MY DRY DRY SAHARA DESERT BISCUIT. both were requested to clarify. ALSO GAVE SPORK FOR CHICKEN NUGGETS AND FRIES!! DO YOU THINK I AM STUPID? I KNOW HOW TO EAT FINGER FOOD. so much for finger licking good. also 2 napkin per bag. lady at drive thru window nice tho. not mop lady. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME, MONEY, GAS, DIGNITY, OR CALORIES ON THIS DISGRACEFUL ESTABLISHMENT!!! Extremely disappointing. When trying to order a 16 leg & thigh for $20 through the drive thru. They said they didnt have that special they only had the $26.95 special so my friend ordered me to 7 pc legs n thighs for $20 . She returns to our job and i open the buckets to find only 3 of each in each box. So i call thr manager and says he will fix it. I show up to the store inside i see the sign for 16 pc leg and thighs for $20. So now im uber pissed. So the manager says sorry we have had a long day. He offered to replace with the 16 pcs offered to make it fresh and offered a pop and pie. So i waited and waited and waited. He finally came to the counter and said the girl is fixing the bucket now. So i said so that will be 8 pcs each leg and thigh and his response is oh you wanted the legs and thighs?? Really why would i want something oyher than what i ordered. So i got 8 fresh pcs of chicken and 8 no so fresh pcs. This will be the last time i take my business there. That is a half hour i will...
