They open weekdays at 11 AM and myself and my niece arrived at 11:30. The place had one or two other patrons in it at that time and started to fill up around noon time but it was far from what I call crowded, by the time we left which was around 1:45 or 2 o'clock.
I had the Carnitas tacos and it was superb. Generous portions of meat and the meat was tender and delicious.
My niece had the grilled octopus and she said it was "the best" and tender.
I was very pleasantly surprised by this place because there was plenty of space between the tables and a low noise level which are two requisites for a positive review from me.
The presentation was equal if not better then you'd find in the top LA Latina/ latin, cuisine restaurants! Judge for yourself in the pictures.
The service could not have been better. Our waitress was from Columbia. She was attentive but not in our faces and there was not an extensive amount of time between ordering and receiving the food. The timing was perfect. Because it was midday and we both had to work we did not have any "drinks", but there were an abundance of them available on their menu.
My niece was so impressed that she wanted to go back that same evening with her dad!
So, I highly recommend that you drop...

Our recent visit to Brisas was nothing short of fantastic. We started off with the shrimp and steak mojitos served with perfectly crispy yucca. The mojitos were an intriguing blend of flavors, vibrant and refreshing, while the yucca was a delightful accompaniment that added a satisfying crunch.
For the kids, we ordered salchipapas appetizers, and they absolutely loved them! The combination of crispy potatoes and savory sausages was a hit, and it’s always great to find a dish that keeps the little ones happy.
As for the drinks, we indulged in a few cocktails recommended by our wonderful waiter, Omar. He was attentive and knowledgeable, guiding us through the menu with great suggestions that truly enhanced our dining experience. Each drink was crafted to perfection, complementing our meals beautifully.
Overall, everything we tried was delicious and bursting with flavor. The ambiance of the restaurant was warm and inviting, making it a perfect spot for both families and couples alike. We left feeling satisfied and eager to return. We can’t wait for our next visit to explore more of the menu!...
Read moreI am so happy, I was able to have dinner at Brisas a few weeks ago with my son. The decor and ambiance are welcoming and it gives a upscale “vibe”. The restaurant has a bar area and to the left ample space with tables. The food was good, cooked as asked and tasty. I had the churrasco with tostones and vegetables. I was a bit surprised at the size of the churrasco and food ratio(5 small tostones) since this is always a long cut. Particularly because it was a bit pricey for its size. My son had a Cuban sandwich and it was so good- we went back the same week just to buy them for dinner. In the future, I would like to see a little bit of flexibility in combining menu items . For example, the mofongo with the churrasco or mashed potatoes instead of tostones. or allowing to alter sides. For me, that was disappointing. Our waiter thought extremely sweet- made it difficult to make the selections that we really wanted and said all menu selections come the way they are in the menu. We will be back and sending Brisas Latin Fusion all the best...
